Went here this past weekend for the first time. I was really impressed on how clean it was. It was bright/open and had a friendly atmosphere. People were cleaning the area the entire time. Really good place and very clean! Take note Rockford, we need MORE places that have this type of standard.

It is nice. My son loves to go there, run and play for at least two hours. What I noticed is that not all the section are opened. The VR game and the Meltdown were closed. It is not the first time that they are closed. And they are .y son's favorite hame there.

So far, so good the place is clean good facilities the workout machines are nice free weights are good friendly staff. Just wish the app would keep track of what machines you used and how many reps you do. The machines keep track of reps and time, and then they reset for rest time, which is awesome. But overall, no complaints

Kyla from the Rockford East State evening shift was so helpful and caring during my workout. She is amazing. She is always smiling and welcoming when I come in and always willing to help with questions and concerns. Thank you Kyla :-)

Still awesome and new, gotten a little busy, but you can see why as it’s the best club in the area. Nice, friendly employees. The dingus club in Loves Park required me to upgrade to black card status, so I did. No longer had stale cleaning mopping methods. Very clean club with no riff rafff

Awesome new facility, nice new machines and avoids some of the riff raff of the other location. For instance, I once worked out and a man brought in his own personal boom box and played what he wanted. Only fault is something funky about the mopping method they use, smells not so lemony or even chemically but more like day old dishwater.

Usually go late at night mikal always greets us super friendly guy usually cleaning something so you know you're good to get right to your workout

I love it!!! It has everything I need to get fit. I love the tanning beds!!!

Gotta' say this club location (Rockford, IL, State St) NEVER disappoints. It's a Big place but I'm always made to feel like home.
Always greeted with a smile by the staff (especially Mickey). It's hard in this day and age to honestly from the bottom of your heart say that there's NOTHING you can complain about with a business; I know, I've been a businessman for over 40 years... But Ashleigh and her team do one outstanding job of always making the Customer feel priority #1 here.

I go out of my way to go to the perryville rd location when there’s a closer one to my house in walking distance because I like the atmosphere in comparison. I also really like the staff at this location they are always so nice and welcoming and interact with you on a personal basis. Every time I’m there I always see someone going around cleaning which is nice to see. It shows me they care.

The people at the desk make it the best bargain around.

Clean, good customer service, a lot of room, and a bang for your buck.

Slumming it in RockVegas for a sec while my home PF gets a makeover. Not unlike my t-shirt after a sick pump, this location is a little snug. They immediately recognized me as a value add and granted me access to an elite level of membership. I'm can't talk about it here but I will say there is a whole secret area of the club I have access to.

Clean facility, lots of equipment and awesome staff.

Clean, organized, great Locker room & a friendly staff. Has everything that I need for a proper workout, and I Love the Spa area for a cool/wind down to relax for a bit before I go home!

Your State St., Rockford, IL location is extremely convenient for me to get to quickly from work. The staff, has always been so incredibly friendly. I typically do not have much reason to interact with them but their friendliness makes me smile. The $10 a month price point is amazing because personally, I will not be able to utilize the gym very often but at that price point, it’s a no brainer. I like knowing if I have a gap in my work day, that going to the gym is an option. Overall clean and sleek. Lots of machines. I appreciate your location and service!

I've been wanting to workout for most my life but have had a horrible social anxiety. I'm almost 40 and finally bit the bullet and I couldn't be happier! The atmosphere at Planet Fitness is great! Very welcoming and even though there are a lot of people sometimes, it feels like I'm there with just my gym partner. My home gym was Belvidere and I make it a point to go to the State Street location. Great place and I'm glad I started going here! The staff have always been courteous and great!

I been to a few other planet fitness gyms in the area but when this one opened I tried it out I have not left , since my first day till now every visit Ashleigh and her team has always welcomed me , even by my name most of them and always said have a great day . If I didn’t know some thing they explained it . This gym is always clean the team is always cleaning and moping, it smells great here feels good too the vibe is so safe here. Definitely a judgement free zone. I’m learning much about fitness being new to it and here is my home to do that I miss it when I travel. This is my daily stop after work Ashleigh and her team alway make it feel like I’m part of this environment . Highly recommend
