Crystal, Carissa, and Satara in Occupational Health and in Labs were all extremely kind, respectful, and personable. They made me feel as comfortable as possible and I greatly appreciate them. Dr. Esther was very welcoming and compassionate. Even the person who directed me to where I needed to check in was so helpful and cheerful. Thank you for making a potentially anxious appointment into a pleasant experience!

I’ve been going to this urgent care for years with all of my children. I particularly love Dr.Ansari. He’s probably treated all of my children. He’s very straight forward and also kind. I feel as though the care that I receive here is very good and the wait is typically short when we have went.

I have seen Dr. Naveed Elahi twice. He really takes his time with his patients & most of all he listens. I'm so happy that I found him !!

Went to Neurologist in this bldg. Highly recommend Dr. Raja

Never seem to wait along time to see my Doctor
But Mercy health continues to make him take new patients. Now I have to go to a walk in clinic if I'm real sick. They have my doctor so busy you can't get in to see him.

My son's dr is there. Always willing to get him in asap. Takes whatever time is needed . nurses and staff are great

Wait can be long at times for immediate care but at this location I had without a doubt one of the most friendly doctors I have ever had.

Wait time is minimal , less than 15 minutes to check in. And approximately 20-30 minutes before called into see the physician. Other clinics close by have wait times 2 hours plus.

Is good attention

I have always enjoyed being a Mercyhealth patient. It is just always the worst individuals they display on the front lines that makes me not want to return. I normally get on here with anger because of the rude people but I hope and pray the lady who checks people in learns a better attitude. It’s no ones fault but her own as to why she has to take a high paced environment type of job, or ANY job for that matter. Self check love. I wish I had gotten her name. That way it can actually reach her when I pray. ✨🤍

I got there and they told me to take a number even though I had an appointment and there was 3 people ahead of me and my appointment is at 10 and its 9:30, they need to get there act together. Plus when I got here they was standing around talking and not waiting on people. Not happy.

This was my Dr office for over 20 years. Sold to Mercy, stopped taking my insurance and didn’t bother notifying me until AFTER I was sitting in a room, was pulled out and told they no longer take my insurance. Walked out without being seen.

FFW 3 years and I’m using the urgent care only because my records are here. Had a 1:30pm appointment, arrived at 1:10pm and have not been seen by the Dr yet (currently 2:53pm). No apology, no “we’re running behind would you like to change your appointment, nothing until I left the room walking around looking for someone. Zero people were in the waiting room when I arrived (20min early for my appointment.)

The front office staff and nurses are so caring and friendly and the wait times are not bad at all,the longest I've ever waited was 1/2 hour and that was only one time.Now for the bad news,the Drs are rude,condescending,they couldn't care less about their patients.They don't listen to your concerns and are in and out of your examine room,you don't even know if you've been examined.I am currently looking for a new PCP at the new clinic out on Riverside,I want out of the Perryville location ASAP!!!

Impossible to get there

Nurse Jessica on the 3rd floor is so rude, lazy and has absolutely no respect for the patients. Absolutely no consideration for others, this was regarding my Autistic/ Blind daughter. Our primary care doc is amazing, I have had numerous conversations with most of the nurses on the 3rd floor through my chart or in person. 1st time I spoke with Nurse Jessica and I HOPE ITS THE LAST . SHE thinks she runs this floor and talks as she is somebody there. So unhelpful, spoke to her less than 5 minutes because she hung up on me. Telling me "you'll get your letter if doctor approves it, and you'll have to pick up." CLICK- SHE NEEDS A NEW JOB!!!! This is not for her.

I went today to get a work physical and had the worst experience of my entire life! The receptionist was very polite and professional no complaints,the nurse who prepped me to see the doctor was amazing above and beyond very professional! Now the doctor very unprofessional!! I will never go there again and would never recommend this place because of this doctor! She fat shamed me and was very unprofessional.as she told me I need to lock my food cabinets because of my obesity! I admit I do have medical problems which have caused major weight gain but I am seeking treatment for weight loss but should not have been treated this way! So if you are somewhat overweight I suggest you not go here!

I went to this clinic on May 29th after a fall; the Dr. ordered an X-ray of my hand and told me the results were normal. After 6 weeks I was still in pain so went to Ortho Illinois and they looked at the X-ray taken on May 29th at Mercy Health and saw a clear fracture. Tried to get more care for my fractured hand and after 2.5 months they finally ordered an MRI which I had yesterday. The Dr. at this clinic said again , “everything is normal.” The radiologist said, “Right hand pain and Closed fracture of right hand with delayed healing, subsequent encounter.”
So basically it’s broken and has been healing slowly since May 29th.
Mercy Care is by far the worst insurance and health care I have ever had in my life. Do not go to this clinic.
I plan to file a lawsuit against Mercy Care and this clinic.
