Burch Dental - Rockford (Palo Verde)

My daughter's first dentist appointment was excellent! The hygienist and doctor were both very patient and friendly, explaining everything they were doing and in a way that made her feel comfortable. She kept saying "I love the dentist". Highly recommend Burch to anyone looking for dentists. ~happy mama here!

The employees at Burch Dental are amazing. They care about their patients and it shows. I actually look forward to going to my teeth cleaning appointments. Office is clean, organized and welcoming.

I wish I would have found them sooner! I had the absolute best experience for my first visit. Very excited for the rest of my family to go to their appointments. I was treated like a queen, and it felt like I was talking to my closest friends when I was speaking with everyone from front desk to my new bff hygienist lol and the dentist. The staff at Burch Dental at Palo Verde are always exceptionally friendly, cheerful and efficient, from the desk people to the hygienists to the dentist. They have taken very good care of my parents, including my stepdad, who is in a wheelchair. Highly recommend Burch at Palo Verde!

I have NEVER had a bad experience with Burch Dental. The front desk and finance team are pleasant and accommodating. I went in for a cleaning and Andi was a rock star. She always is! Considerate, thorough, and informative. I especially appreciate that they always make recommendations, but never pressure the up-sell. With that said, I’ve never regretted any of the services they’ve recommended!

My family was in need of a new dentist after our former dentist retired. After doing some research and reaching out to some people for recommendations, we decided to try Burch Dental. My 2 daughters (ages 9 & 12) and myself had our first cleaning/exam yesterday. The staff was very welcoming, efficient and the office was very clean and well kept. The team was efficient and on time with our scheduled appointments. We were very happy with our choice and plan to continue our dental care needs with Burch Dental.

My most recent visit to Burch Dental was as satisfying as all of my earlier visits. Dr. Kloess fitted me with a new crown. Excellent dental service---friendly, extremely capable, and painless.

I have a tooth ache and I’m going out of the country in a couple of days so I called to see if they could fit me in. Dr. Ben Kloess saw me right away and after checking out my extras and examining my teeth he determined that my teeth are in good shape and that I have a sinus infection that is causing swelling around my tooth root. I had no clue that could be why my teeth hurt. Thank you SO MUCH Dr. Kloess. After a couple days of antibiotics I should be good to go and now I can travel knowing there won’t be any issues. Thank you!!

My 7 year old just had a traumatic experience at another pediatric dental office and I was not sure how she was going to do coming back to get her cleaning. Everyone treated her so well and she had no issues. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and I definitely appreciate having you guys taking care of all my kids for a long time. I always have a good experience. Briana is awesome and super gentle. I could imagine she would be great with kids or adults who are scared to go to the dentist.
