My husband and I needed a larger mower for our new yard and we made it to his business about 20 minutes before they closed. Chase stayed late to help us get our financing started. The next day, we signed the papers for the mower and he was very honest in his thoughts on different equipment. He helped us find the right mower for our needs without trying to sell us into anything expensive. We were able to buy some more things we needed for our yard and he helped us find products to keep our new equipment in the best condition possible. He even closed up a little early to personally deliver the mower to our house so my husband could mow. I definitely recommend him and his business to anyone needing any equipment or maintenance stuff for their equipment. He definitely made my husband's day.

I searched online for a Gravely Zero Turn and found one on Facebook Marketplace from Porter Outdoor Power for $500 less than the next lowest price. I spoke with Chase the owner on the phone and bought the mower, but told him I might not be able to pick up for a few days due to the 240 mile distance from Peoria IL. Chase told me in the next 30 minutes he has someone transporting race horses to a track in Farmer City and after checking to be sure, said he has room on the horse trailer for my mower. Farmer City is only 80 miles from my home. They loaded up my mower on a horse trailer and delivered it as promised, saving me 320 travel miles round trip! Great mower in perfect condition and amazing that they would stop everything they were doing with the horses and load a riding mower in a horse trailer, with the horses, to satisfy a customer they didn't need to because we had already closed the deal.
