I've never owned a pair of boots like these and she told me all about the different styles, had me try them on and listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pair and on Clearance. She spent some time talking to my fiancé and I and we shared lots of laughs. Owner is genuinely so sweet. comming back for certain.
