I will have to give Smith Sales a 5 stars. On memorial day we purchased a couch that we had delivered. It was on a Saturday and Sunday morning I had a rip in a cushion and come to find out it was down the arm as well. I called the store and the sales rep Chris was absolutely wonderful. It was no fault to anyone I think it was just a defect.I hadn't had it 24 hrs. Chris got us a complete replacement for it and had it delivered. Smith Sales have been wonderful to work with. I will be going back and have recommended them. Thank you.

Great place to buy Oilpaintings and Artwork....bought furniture here over the years and also appliances. Great customer service, will continue being a patron.

We recently just bought a new washing machine from Best Buys. I was extremely impressed with our salesman Tom. He was very knowledgeable and we couldn't have ask for a nicer person. He was able to give a price we could afford and by the time we left he felt more like a friend than a salesman. We had our washer delivered and they called us and told where they were and about what time to expect them. We will most definitely go there the next time we need something. We also bought a TV there a couple years ago and received the same service. Hard to find both service and people that the ones at Best Buy.

Personal service. As we know, right now getting inventory can be challenging. Dakota listened to my 'wants' & 'needs'. He did research & gave me options. Competitive price.

The service was great! I had not done business with them for many years because I had moved away but they still had me in their records from so many years ago. They were very friendly and helpful. I made a modest purchase yesterday and I am waiting for delivery now. I think it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for new household items.

Went in to look for specific stuff and they had exactly what we were looking for. Delivery and set up was included. Got a great deal too. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had to wait a little bit to be waited on but was shown items I was interested in. Made my choice and it was delivered Monday and is ready to use now. Yea!

I bought a bedroom suit,living room furniture, a clock a huge mirror and a entertainment center and had it delivered. Sam who was our salesman was GREAT and the guys who delivered it all was FANTASTIC!! I would and have recommend Kings.

Awesome store. Dawn was excellent told us what we wanted to know, took her time showing us the different beds and french door refrigerators. Will definitely be buying from her.

Pricing and products are nearly the same as everywhere else. But a rare find is a sales person who i would refer to as a trusted advisor. That's what I found here. Not sure if I can mention names here but if you're looking for a product that they sell, it's worth the time to stop in and talk to a salesman named Cory.

Johnny Lytis always treats us great . We found the couch we were wanting at a fantastic price.
