My old iPhone 13 stopped charging one day, I came in to see what was available expecting to have to pay a lot out the door. My phone was paid off and I was able to trade it in to receive up to $800 off. With that being said I was able to get the brand new I phone 15 ProMax without hurting my pockets. I was happy with my experience with the store manager who transferred data from my previous phone to the new one and set it up for me, and showed exemplary customer service.

Lindsi was very courteous, polite and helpful. Answered all questions. Highly recommend.

I came in to get my phone onto a new Verizon plan and add my husband and daughter to the plan. April was so helpful! It was the quickest visit and set up I have ever had for any cell phones.

April, my customer service rep, went above and beyond assisting me today! She was efficient, thorough and I felt completely reassured that my matter was resolved upon leaving my local Verizon store in Lawrenceville, IL.
