Amanda, Angela, Matt and Garett were very professional. I had to return a lift chair because my budget. After they picked it up, Angela called me about a lift chair that fit my budget. And I love my new chair. Fits all my needs. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they have on the floor. My opinion, they all deserve a raise as they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Shanetta and her team go above and beyond to help. They are easy to work with as well as helping make your purchase work for you. They came in my home and helped with furniture for my sons room and didn't think twice. They even called me and asked how I was doing after surgery. I love rent one and would recommend them to everyone even my own mother.

Very professional and friendly! We needed a deepfreeze fast since ours went out overnight with it completely full of food and Billie made sure we got it as soon as possible and squeezed in our delivery!

the new couch had a busted board in the arm, but they were more than happy to fix it it. the delivery guys were awesome, as well as the store staff! treated us like family!

After spending sevral hours looking for a fridge that would fit in the 32 in wide space our home allows, we made one last stop at Rent One in Lawrenceville. Deb was wonderful. They didnt have what we were looking for in the store, so she spent the next half hour calling other stores until she found what we needed. AND took steps to be sure it was delivered the next day. I will definitely go there again.
