AutoZone in Lawrenceville Illinois is my go-to place for parts for my vehicles and other equipment. Their staff is friendly courteous and extremely helpful. They're very knowledgeable and help to get the right parts the first time. I've been a customer for at least 15 years here and will continue to be a faithful customer. Give them a try if you haven't or continue to go there and get your. They can order parts if they don't have it in stock and get it by the afternoon or the next day in most cases.

I had a fabulous experience at the Lawrenceville AutoZone today. My headlight was out so I stopped in and talked to Bridget M. She was so great. Really made my day. She explained what I needed and my choices. She also not only installed the headlights for me, but explained the process in case I ever needed to know :) I’ve never felt this comfortable dealing with anything involving my vehicle. A truly great customer experience.

Rick was extremely helpful and made my experience a great one. I felt like a welcome old friend..left in a great mood and I confidently repaired my vehicle.

Very helpful employees. I was having trouble with my battery so an employee told me to call him there if my car needed a jump when I left the hospital. My car wouldn't start at the hospital so he came over and jumped my car and didn't charge me.

Amazing staff! Edward S saved the day by helping diagnose a bad coil. He even help install and troubleshoot. Great guy!

We stopped to get a battery charger. While we were there our battery died. One of the guys came out charged our battery and showed us how the new battery charger worked too.
