Our technician Jeremy was prompt, polite and precise in locating the problem with our heating unit. He is a very knowledgeable young man. He had to order a part and returned to install it on the date and time I was expecting. Great job Jeremy!!

Hunter G. came out and fixed the issue with our unit. He also done the maintenance on our unit and gave us the option of doing some upgrades to our system in which we took advantage of. He was thorough and completely the job successfully and in a decent time frame. We will definitely be glad to have Hunter any time in the future for any repairs or maintenance.

The tech that came to our home, Hunter, was very courteous, easy to speak with and thorough with his assessment. He was very knowledgeable about the issues we were having and provided valuable insight for a solution. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing heating/cooling service.

We are SO lucky to have found Jeremy and Glasgow Heating & Air to help us with our HVAC unit! The unit we purchased a few years ago through another company has given us all kinds of abnormal issues, leaving us without any heat in the winter at times, and mechanical parts that have been hard to find or even discontinued. But Jeremy never rests until he finds us answers and fixes our issues! He explains what he's doing in an understandable way, sets clear expectations, and does what he says he will. We continue to do all of our routine maintenance through Glasgow, and they never fail to go the extra mile in courtesy, timeliness, and taking the initiative to make sure we are comfortable and safe in both the hottest and coldest months of the year. Everyone knows that in Alabama you have to be able to count on your HVAC people, and we are so glad that we can!

Hunter arrived right on time and immediately knew why my air conditioner was leaking. He explained everything and gave me a very reasonable quote. My AC is fixed and I will be calling this company back in the future!

He was very nice, extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and an all around great guy. He checked my system thoroughly, found the leak, advised me on what my options were and gave me good advice. Called to ask a question about shading my unit. Hilary was EXTREMELY nice and helpful! She called me back with an answer from one of her techs right away, appreciate the help when they did not receive anything in return! Great customer service!

Where to start. Jeremy Scribe, was our new tech. We are signed up for Glasgow’s yearly service agreement. On his routine visit, he found a issue with our unit and went above and beyond to make sure our unit was operating properly. He was very punctual, very polite, and extremely knowledgeable about his job. Said he wouldn’t quit until he had us running correctly. And he didn’t. 5 stars to him for sure. And he taught me a lot about negative static pressure. Lol

We had all the duct work replaced under our home by Glasgow H and A yesterday. Hunter, Blake and Dakota were the techs that came out they did a great job! So helpful and friendly! They were very professional and wasted no time I was very impressed and pleased with each one of them!! I would highly recommend them great bunch of young men!!

We moved into our house towards the beginning of the year and our units looked like they were not serviced for some time. Jeremy from Glasgow, came out and serviced our heating and a/c. He took his time and cleaned out both outside units and the condenser in the attic. He kept me informed what he was doing while he was working.
He ran into an issue where a wire broke loose in one of the units, he traced it down and repaired it and continued to thoroughly clean the units. He called me later that evening to ensure that the units were still working since he had to repair a wire. He was awesome and I appreciate his hard work and the time he took to clean everything!

UPDATE 09/27/2023: Hunter came out this morning for service and maintenance on the two units that they replaced for us. He was polite, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, proficient, efficient, and did an all around great job!!! We have been 100% satisfied every time they have ever come out, and we have had them here and at my Mother's numerous times!! GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!!!

TWO YEARS AGO (2021): They were very responsive when I called about my central unit not working properly. They came out and assessed the situation and explained all of my options to me in depth. They answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and were very kind, courteous, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, considerate, punctual, ... I could truly go on and on!!!

I am so thankful they are here in our area for us!!!! It is soooooo hard to find good help these days...much less GREAT help!!!!!!!

Hunter was our HVAC tech and he was very punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose our problem and have a solution within an hour. My wife and I thank him for his work and we highly recommend their services.

We had Glasgow Heating and Air put us a unit in our house about 3 years ago, then one at our rental property, and then another at our other rental property! They also came out and cleaned our units! They are very good at what they do and do it in a timely manner! Every employee that has came out has been very respectful and they do not mess up your yard or your house! They clean up after themselves as well! I would highly recommend this company for any of you HVAC needs!!!!

I use Jeremy , and he quickly tells me the problem and my options. He works on getting me the best price he can, and answers any questions I have. My dad uses Glasgow; he purchased an American Standard from JR years ago. We’ve used Glasgow for all our heat&ac needs ever since!

We had Jeremy come out and help with some issues with our AC not working. He came the day after I called, was able to help with our issue and made sure we knew he was available if something happened again. Would 100% recommend.

Very pleased with this company and its employees. Justin came by today to do a maintenance on my unit, he was very polite, friendly and Christian like. Have been a customer of Glasgow for several years and would highly recommend them to everyone. I am satisfied with their work, Justin and the other technicians at Glasgow heating and air.

Called on Monday morning and had a technician out by lunch time. Josh was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest...and patient with my many silly questions/concerns. A crew of 2 showed up on Friday morning at 8:40 and was finished installing our new unit by 12:30. Had a small dent in the top of our unit from shipping that was merely cosmetic. The technician showed me this before leaving and said they would be replacing the top piece. Overall this company is reliable and we are pleased with the work they completed.

Josh Williams with Glasgow Heating & Air did an amazing job. I couldn't be more happy about the service we received. He wanted to make sure we were happy with everything & everything worked well before he left. If I ever need anything else done in the future they will be the company we call. You won't regret going with Glasgow.

Jeremy came out and performed maintenance on my unit and even cleaned my unit. Unit was smelling and after his service it is performing better and was spotless. The mildew smell is gone as well. Thanks for the great work.
