Very professional and courteous

No online access. Incorrect consumption readings due to workers/company estimating customer usage instead of actually reading the customer's water meter. For almost a year's time, I have been charged $40+ per month at my residence. I have been the only person living here for over a year but my consumption is the same as when THREE people lived here. Having an equal amount of consumption with 1/3 as many consumers is simply IMPOSSIBLE. The company obviously takes advantage of its rural customers because they don't want to deal with the rude, uninformed office workers.

The people that work in this office are extremely rude, rushed, and lack proper customer service skills. I have spoken with numerous customers of theirs and they all feel the same way. It is very disappointing to know that my experience with them over the last four years isn't an uncommon one.

We're rude. Refused to answer my question, and hung up on me. I was asking why an after hours charge was made when we called during regular business hours. No answer was given. I was also told that she had other things to do.
