Tri-state Medical has always been able to supply me with my hard to get medical supplies. The staff is very friendly,(especially Pat) knowledgeable, and they do a wonderful job at keeping me informed about my transactions, the cost and when it gets delivered. No matter what my needs, they have gone above and beyond to help me. Plus it’s nice to feel like a person and not just a number.

Avoid this business. They staff is very rude and unhelpful. They are illegally charging people without billing the insurance to obtain proper Explanation of Benefits for billing a secondary or patient. Protect yourself from illegal activities!!!!
