This card speaks volumes “Quality Dental Care” my son goes to them. When he needed a referral for more dental assistance they got us in right away with a specialist. They’re all good at what they do for sure just all around good people. Right now they’re in need of a Dental hygienist so if you’re looking for a career give them a call. And if you come across this pose will you get the word out I’d greatly appreciate it thank you so much.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The dentist is amazing, he makes you feel every comfortable. They print out anything you need done on your first appointment, so you don't have to worry about getting any surprising bills in the mail. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a friendly, honest dentist.

That's where my son used to go

I moved to West Virginia from New Jersey. Went for my annual Free Cleaning and Checkup (which I had gotten dozens of times in NJ without incident.) Michael Hedmond came into the room, with hostility I might add, and told me firmly and very unfriendly my cleaning had a $50 copay (which I know it didn't since I verified with Highmark that it had no copay). I told him no it doesn't. He told me to leave and never come back. Which I quietly did. I got up and left without incident. Very unfriendly to new patients.

I took my son there for a routine cleaning. He wanted to pull a baby tooth and when my son said no, he proceeded to grab his tooth and try to pull it out anyway. Then he tells me my son needs sealant, however, my son has never had a cavity in his life. I asked him for an ingredient list and then he got angry and told me how safe it is, meanwhile he couldn’t tell me what the sealant contained (the high lest level of BPA allowed to still be fda approved). He told me that he was going to finish the exam and if I did not get the sealant on his teeth they won’t see him again, so at that point we got our stuff and left. We have been to crow dental since my son was 2 and they NEVER mentioned sealants or extractions. Maybe he’s better with his older patients, but I definitely don’t recommend anyone with children to go there. Pretty sure he was trying to preform unnecessary work.

Preformed extra work without asking, during a routine cleaning, then demanded I pay. I don't think I should have to pay for your add ons because he paded his bill.

Super unprofessional called me an hour before my appointment and cancelled after I already took time off work
