Dr. Crow is an excellent dentist. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

It’s unfortunate that I will never be going back to this office because our family has been going for years and I’ve referred so many people. Word of mouth is everything in this town. I will be letting everyone know about my experience today. As I was leaving the dentist, the front desk lady named Danielle informed me that I needed to find a new dentist because she would not take a partial payment. Her exact word “that amount you’re trying to pay me is not good enough”. I always pay after my appointments and happen to not have an appointment for 6 months. I tried to pay and she refused and raised her voice and told me she will immediately send my account to collections and asked me how I felt about my 7 year old being sent over to collections. The amount of money I was offering would have covered my daughters co pay for a past visit but she refused to take my money. It was very embarrassing to be spoke to like that. I’ve paid a few thousand over the years so far for my visits and I would have continued to give them my business if this didn’t happen. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunate situation at the office. Danielle Wilmore, the office manager, is the most unsympathetic, disrespectful office manager I have ever come into contact with. Good dentistry, but she will ruin the practice with her terrible management skills.
