Still pretty upset that my mail delivery person decided to take it upon herself to stop bringing me my mail, "required a mailbox at road when she hand delivers the mail to the neighbor". SMH (Got myself a post office box, maybe she will bring mail to the porch for the next residents at this address.)

The men and women at the post office have gone over and above numerous times to help me. They go out of their way every time I need them and always make sure to be friendly while remaining respectful of time. I don't want to list names, but all I've dealt with there do a great job!

Had the best experience with Tim who helped get my insurance claim figured out after I was being given the run around with headquarters. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you so so much for making my life easier after struggling for 2 months with this issue.

Friendly and courteous for the exception of a bad apple. Hence, the 4 star rating. However, these are not what any of us would or could have foreseen with all the negative aspects of this past year. Stay safe everyone and thank you for the years of exceptional service.

Primitive location seems packages always one day longer than senders tracking so fed up with this office. Not only they are back in the 30’s but the automated system is just as bad. Get with the times usps

My mail is coming later and later, every time I turn around. They must have gotten rid of people and added routes to the ones left. A few years ago, I got my mail between 10:30 and 11:30. Now a few days a week, I get my mail between 2:30 and 3:30 and other times, it's after 4:30 or 5:00 something. Also, been noticing more of wrong mail (other people's mail) being put in my box. Can these mail carriers not read?? Also, I've been expecting mail and it hasn't come. Hopefully, it wasn't put in someone else's box! I also hope the mail carrier isn't deciding to hang onto mail for extra days, or throwing the mail away to be able to get home. How do you miss putting Wednesday's free paper in someone's box?? That's a dead giveaway that something's up.

What is eating LISA AT THE POST OFFICE COUNTER ???? She is so hateful and sour and RUDE!!! I HATE to be treated bad by her everytime I need to mail a package or pick up my mail they keep screwing up. She cant even make eye contact when she talks as shes looking backwards, can the US GOV possibly train this employee and little mannerism and how to smile/ PRUNE FACE GROUCH if you hate your job so much move out of the way and let someone who would appreciate it have it RETIRE, because of her I driveout of my way to Muscle Shoals where they are much more curtious and its much CLEANER AND ORGANIZED!!!! She puts a bad perspective about the people in that town as she is the face of the post office you have to look at , makes you wonder whats so bad in that town that they would allow her to run the front!! I have a business on the Franklin Colbert area and I am moving it to Colbert because of her.

Horrible excuse for a Post Office! Excuses for everything! I was told "sometimes things just get lost or things happen! " There is NO excuse for unacceptable business practices!
