Hometown Pharmacy

These are the sweetest most thoughtful group of women I have ever had the privilege to do business with, true southern women,hard working and looking out for you not the big pharma companies and take the time to make sure you don't have any reaction to other meds that you take. These are learned women but very busy so sometimes they don't have the time to give you a pat on the back and a conversation so don't take offense you're still getting a smile 😊

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist is very rude. She interrupts & will not allow me to talk. She would not fill 2 prescriptions because my other meds are filled through mail order. She said it was her choice who she wants to service. Yet she was willing to fill them at full price. When I asked that she not interrupt me she refused to do business with me. Then I went to another pharmacy to have them filled ,the previous pharmacy had already run them through my insurance & they couldn't fill the prescriptions. When I called the 1st pharmacy she argued with me before she had them released. Huge ordeal & terrible customer service. It caused me a great deal of anxiety & I will not go back to Hometown Pharmacy.
