Bella Milano Springfield

I had their Bruschetta Capri as well as their 217 week, mussels. The bruschetta was very flavorful. The mussels were so so. Both dishes were Luke warm. Service was very good.

Got order for pick up for a work luncheon. There was an error in our call ahead order but the manager on duty hustled and got everything done quickly and accurately. I really appreciate how she went out of the way to get us taken care of. Our staff loved all the food. We will definitely order again. Also it’s an amazing option when you have several vegetarians on staff because there a lot of options!!

Went out for a pizza tonight. Had the calamari to start and pizza order placed. We ordered and waited over 50 minutes, I commented that I think they either forgot our order or messed it up. When we received our pizza I ask if this was the thin crust and was told no, the thick crust. We never order thick crust pizzas. He offered to make another, however we choose not to have to wait and accepted this one. Flavor was quite good but we only ate 2 peices each. Neither of us enjoyed the crust. They did offer one dessert for the time delay, which was accepted. Hopefully our return trip will be a more pleasant experience. The food even though wrong was good.

Great food. Can tastes the flavors in every bite. Ingredients are awesome. Chicken parmashan and honey salmon were yummy. Ordered pizzas the second time. They are just awesome. Staff is super good. One of my favorite restaurants in town.

Five stars! Best restaurant I’ve been to in Springfield so far. Connery was a great server. The ambiance was nice. Food was delicious with very fair prices and big portions. The toasted ravioli was absolutely delicious. I got the lasagna, as others have said it was a little on the salty side but I enjoyed it. Cesar salads had a little too much dressing on it for my taste but were still really good - the anchovies on top were a nice touch. The lady got the bourbon pecan crusted white fish. It’s a new menu item, I wasn’t crazy about it but she liked it. I felt like it needed some sort of sauce on top. Either way, we will definitely be back to try their other menu options. Highly recommend this place!

We went on a busy Saturday night and got right in with high top seating. Our server, Damian, was fantastic, and our food was perfect. Best spaghetti I've ever had. It was a great experience start to finish.

Bella is one of our favorite restaurants. The service and food are always 5 stars. We love the house salad - the best in town! The appetizers are amazing too! Crab cakes, ravioli, spinach artichoke dip! All of them are fantastic.

Excellent staff, courteous, efficient, friendly, and hardworking. They all are a team. Delicious soups, salads, wine list, and this time we had chicken entrees. Fried raviolis were tasty too.

I had the Chicken Milano with Cesar salad. It was delivered to me at work and was still warm. This was my first experience with Bella Milano and it was so good. My only complaint is the portions felt a bit light for $17. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly (I'm usually not a chicken person.)

Unlike a previous reviewer's experience, mine was a fabulous first impression. Based on that review posted only one week prior to my visit, I was worried I'd find a dirty restaurant with slow service and inattentive staff. But I found a clean restaurant, welcoming staff and immediate service. My waitress, Meredith had an excellent recommendation and seemed proud of her restaurant's offerings. It is clear that the manager cares how her guest's experience is. Meredith brought me the managers business card apologizing she wasn't able to personally greet me and get my feedback today. Deejah, you run a fine restaurant! The food is delicious! I look forward to visiting again next time I pass through Springfield 😀

Ordered take out and had lots of questions I talked to Cody on the phone and she was very helpful, food was good and hot even after driving home.

Wow! For the price tag, which is hefty, the service and food at Bella Milano really measure up to the expectation that's been set. The staff here was genial, kind, and were very unintrusive while making sure our needs were appropriately tended to! The food was amazing, the first bite of my Beef Milano (a signature dish that has an 8oz steak, a cheese sauce, mushrooms, and onions on top) was borderline a religious experience and the appetizers were especially worth it given we went during their happy hour where select apps are about half off.

Friendly and big smiles from the host exceptional service from our servicer. The best salads....favorite is the strawberry salad with grilled chicken strips. Excellent lunch.

The service was great. The food was good. The manager came around and asked if everything was good. He told us he was glad we decided to give it a try and hopes we will visit again soon. I also got a canolli for my birthday an added bonus! I also loved the recyclable take-home container.

We had a delicious lunch today at Bella Milano. We started off with the spinach artichoke dip and the fried calamari rings. I highly recommend the chicken gouda entree - the gouda sauce was very delicious! My friends enjoyed their fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti & meatballs, and chicken parmesan. We will definitely go back. Our waitress was very attentive and the restaurant was very clean & virus conscience - wiping down surfaces, social distancing, and requiring masks.

Always great food and service, even though it was busy the night before Valentines Day.

First time ever at a place with reservations. Didnt need it thank god. The food was outstanding and the service fantastic. Price wasnt overpricy either.
