Culver’s

First off, the burgers and ice cream were excellent. The fries were pretty good too. Service was a little slower than expected as the place was not very busy when we arrived but the staff was extremely pleasant. Atmosphere, kind of an amusing rating point for a burger joint, it's a burger joint 😊. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunches at Culver's!

Friendly staff. Food was good. Restroom is clean. Cod dinner was good. Pork lion Sandwich was delicious. Mashed potatoes were also good. They had our food pretty quick and brought to our table. The tables were clean.

Extremely disappointed this last week! Did drive through purchasing two mixers, one small and another medium sized, custard, one with snickers and the other peanut butter cup. Your custard that day was grainy, not the usual smooth texture! Yuck! What happened? Something that will be there now in the future? Please advise? You are our favorite dessert place?

My family and I enjoy the food at Culver's. The food has always been well prepared, warm and tasty. The service is always friendly and they've always been super helpful if we have any questions about the menu. The atmosphere inside is relaxed and very casual. You can order online for pickup at the restaurant (the pickup parking spots are clearly marked). There are charging stations for electric vehicles.

We came here on 05.29.24 and everyone was so friendly that we felt like we were in a commercial. “Damn, she’s good,” was what we thought after talking to the lady in the drive thru. Before we even got to the window! Later, my husband was reflecting on this experience and said it was one of the better burgers he has “ever had.” As we pulled out of the parking lot that day, a smiling worker looked back to wave goodbye to my daughter. What was going on? I don’t know but it was amazing

Everyone is so friendly here and the food is always great. Best mixers of any Culvers and always always always super clean! My only gripe, if you want to call it that, is that (like other Culver's I've been to), they don't have malt vinegar as a condiment for fries, but then again... The fact that I like that is probably more weird than them not offering it, lol! You can't go wrong here, dine in, drive thru or order online and pickup ... It's a great place to have here!

The food is consistently delicious here. I enjoyed a strawberry field salad and my son had a delicious pot roast meal. Yummy!

This was one of the nicest Culvers I’ve been to. I found a hair in my food but they were very nice and gave me a new burger and a FREE meal card because of my experience. I highly recommended this place.

I had an excellent experience at Culvers in Galena. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm hello, and as I left, they thanked me for coming in.

The place was packed and this team worked efficiently to serve every customer, and the cheerful atmosphere was contagious. My food was exactly as I had requested, and it was delicious. Thanks to this team of dedicated and friendly individuals for providing such a positive experience.

When asking for extra pickles, only ever get 1 or maybe 2 more . . . Really like the diet Root Beer too . . .

What a great Culvers! From walking in the door to leaving, we had a fabulous experience. Each and every server we encountered was so friendly or helpful, from taking the orders to serving the trays or ice cream. We will definitely be back.

Always top tier with food and service, McDonald's should take a few lessons from the pros

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and that makes a difference. My order was taken with enthusiasm, and it was delivered to my table with a smile. This makes a huge difference in the lives of so many people, and it makes the food, which was absolutely stellar, taste even better. Kudos to the Entire Culver's Staff in Galena, IL for knocking 'well executed service, with a smile' out the park! On Black Friday, especially! Thank you!

Easy to spot with plenty of parking although at meal times it can get quite busy. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dining and restrooms are clean. Food is delivered quickly and is hot & fresh.

Had very friendly service, and burger was excellent!

Very clean location; there were staff busy cleaning and the soda area was not a sticky mess. The staff were friendly, attentive, and patient. Food was cooked perfectly. This location has a lot of outdoor seating and picnic tables.

Food was hot, great portion size and Delicious 😋

I wouldn't normally review a Culver's, but this location was above and beyond on every level. Cleanliness is next to godliness here, and everyone was so friendly and helpful and accommodating. I was literally blown away with every part of our stop. The bathrooms were gleaming, the restaurant was spotless, and the smiles were abundant. I wish it weren't so far away. Stellar, awesome, amazing!!
