My friend Brenda and I had a blast I felt much better and happy after visiting Wal Mart.

Very clean and nice store. The remodel looks much better. Staff is always friendly.

Went in for an oil change today and was given exceptional service by the Manager and Shawn!

Got in and got everything I needed. Check out was quick. Associates are fantastic. For some reason the area where the shopping carts are is messy. It looks like they never sweep the area. Lots of old paper and junk laying around. And whoever brings the carts in from the parking lot never take the trash out of the carts.

Got my money back on an item that did not fit, had help finding replacement parts. Mary is a quick, efficient, friendly cashier. Always a pleasure.

It's a great place to shop this time of year because of the famous clearance sales. We found exceptional item, the blue bottle was regularly priced at $14.99 I got it at the clearance price of $5. The bottle, which is hunter/light green colors was not on sale nor on clearance. It was $19.99. Both bottles are the same size and have the exact same features. *BTW* 🎶🎶🎶🎶

Samantha did an amazing job of providing excellent customer service today as I needed cash to continue living away from our home in South Carolina. She handled the transaction efficiently and pleasantly. The Money Center was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this location and Samantha to family and friends.

Firstly, I changed the five-star rating of this location to a three-star rating. Please continue reading. I visited the Weirton Walmart on Three Springs Drive today to pick up groceries for a pickup order I made last night. I attempted to add to the order before 8:30 this morning, but the website indicated I could not order cage-free brown eggs for pickup. Thinking I could go into the store after I conducted the pickup order, I walked to the dairy aisle and found NO brown eggs in stock, only white eggs with a huge price tag of $8!!! The brown eggs I wanted cost $6.27 for an 18-count carton, which sounded like an illegal bait-and-switch tactic. I was astounded. I found an associate to ask about the stock; all he could do was give me excuses about COVID-19. I told him COVID-19 is long over, which is not a good excuse, plus other stores have brown eggs. Then he concocted another excuse about the bird flu. I hate lying, and this employee was doing just that. I had enough and left the store before I lost my temper. In the future, I am taking my business to the Steubenville Walmart. One good point about this visit was the employee who delivered my pickup order was a gem. Even though she took 15 minutes to deliver it with only three cars waiting outside, she still took great care of me.

Weirton Walmart on Three Springs Drive is back up to a Five Star Rating with me!!! Jack did a great job of providing excellent customer service today. He brought my order within five minutes of my arrival with orders ahead of mine. Jack gave me the correct order with everything accounted for. Additionally, he noticed me checking the order after delivering it and ensuring everything was alright. What more could I ask for as far as Customer Service? Jack was awesome!!!

I entered the store and was looking for a teddy bear for a loved one in the hospital. I went to the service desk, and Jacelyn assisted me. I asked where I could find a stuffed teddy bear. She kindly directed me to the toy area and the Mother's Day area. Since the gift was not for Mom and everything in there had MOM on it, I went to the toy area and found a beautiful Care Bear. She loved it! Thanks, Walmart, for having nice, dedicated people in your employ. <3

I needed to break a $100 bill into smaller bills so I visited Walmart to make a small purchase. Jenny was at the self-serve Checkout and assisted me when the machine would not accept my older $100 bill, which I obtained at the Money Center at another Walmart. We tried it and another similar bill and neither worked. Jenny finally escorted me to a manned cashier where she checked me out with no issues. Thank you Jenny for taking such excellent care of me today and providing me with the change I needed for Church money tomorrow and throughout the coming week. Thank you Walmart for having this friendly, professional, and dedicated person in your employ <3 .

The Associate at the self check out was attentive and very helpful. She saw that I had many small cans of cat food to scan and came to my aid. She counted them and did a multiple product entry that saved me a lot of time and aggravation! What a gem she was!

Great location. Always bargains. Very clean. Can find what I'm looking for 99percent of the time.

Walmart super center has plenty of parking plus curbside pickup. The store was well lit and clean, i enjoyed the verity of products to choose from, i think all Walmart are competitively priced. At the time of my visit they were moderately busy. If i had to pick a area of improvement for them it would be the bathroom, but overall I was in and out. I used the self checkout and then was on my way. They kept the lot clear of snow and the entrance well salted. I only mention that because it was snowing during my visit.

Best pies I ever ate. And the sell wine in the isles!!! Wau to go West Virginia. Time to wake up America. Lets get America back to a simpler life where people do a great job and make smart decisions creating good products. Opening doors not loklcking them down with restrictions.

It's one of the cleaner Walmarts!! I will never go to the one in Robinson PA again I'd rather go to weirton have much nicer workers of the bathrooms were fairly clean I have no complaints!!

Everything was there ,they moved everything around but was okay and found what I needed a lot of Christmas stuff out good prices fast check out

We had such a good time in Walmart with the Halloween selection .

Has almost everything I need, I can go to one place and pretty much get anything and everything in one stop. Employees are helpful especially the kid that hooked me up with my new phone around Christmas time. He made my evening ❤. Helped set it up, put screen on it and was able to answer all questions we had. Thank you . I wish I remembered his name 😔 I would give him props bc he needs a definite promotion or raise there bx he's the only person who has been knowledgeable about what he was selling and able to answer and explain everything we asked.
