Sonic Drive-In

We went to Sonic on Father's Day around 5 pm. It wasn't crowded at all. Our car hop, Brent, was super fast and friendly. The food and service were great! Just wanted to give a shout-out to Sonic for making our Father's Day dinner a good one.

Loved the newer look. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful as usual. The credit card at the stall wouldn't let us leave a tip which was disappointing because they did an awesome job and I had no cash!!

Mason assisted us at the Drive-thru answering our questions with patience and professionalism! Once at the window to pay he again verified our order; was extremely polite and kind. The kind of service received is rare to come by and it actually surprised me. I left there with my order correct, fresh, delicious and a smile because of how great the experience was!

We have never had a bad experience. There have been recent needed renovations. Food is always decent. Sometimes the shakes seem rushed and not fully mixed if they are busy. Big bag of ice for around $3 that helps if the ice maker breaks or if needed for outings. Staff has always been kind to us. We love it.

They got our order wrong but fixed it and allowed us to keep the one they messed up anyway. My husband can't stand onions or mayo. (At home, I can sneak onion powder in our food while cooking), but at a restaurant, he won't eat onions or mayo.

I really loved this Sonic. Staff was super friendly and food was super good. I know it's fast food, but it was good. Great!!

Got me a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato on it and a large vanilla coke no ice food was hot and fresh coke was refreshing mason was a excellent carhop and Jennifer was so sweet and kind best experience I have had keep up the good work

This by far has been the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to in the last year. The person that took my order was friendly and helpful, the wait was short, and the food was amazing!

Clean, respectful, quick service (shocking in today's world), food was hot! I'd definitely go back again.

Jen was amazing, such a sweet lady, She went out of her way to accommodate us and our order. This was my first time at this location, and we will be back.

Everthing was great. Fast service with yummy hot food and thrilling & chilling drinks. My favorite is limeade slushy with grape shot added. Tart & sweet.

UPDATE: yesterday we stopped at sonic for lunch and again the food was hot and fresh and the service fast and efficient. My only complaint was that they were out of onion rings, but I know that it has been difficult for a lot of places to get all the products they should from their distributors. Keep up the great work. Glad to see Sonic coming back!

Love happy hour 1.2 price drinks. The last several times I have went there the food and service have drastically improved. Tried the double stuffed Oreo waffle one and it was fabulous.

They have really improved in the last few months. To be brutally honest we had to quit going for a while. Under the current management with the new employees, we are very satisfied with both the food and the service.

They made the drive-through very pleasant to order our food from. We will definitely be back for seconds 😋

The best place in Dover hands down!! They had me wait just a few minutes for some fresh chicken and it was well worth the wait.

Service was very fast and the server was very polite.

I ordered corn dogs. 🌽 When we tried to eat them the center was cold. They made them again. Still cold. Manager came out and apologized. Upgraded my order. Staff was very friendly. Fryer was still coming up to temperature. I have no complaints. Things happen.

This Sonic had some absolutely great staff. Service was very quick! I went here 4 times between 2 days and my order was never messed up. Only thing wrong once was tgat I ordered powerade for my drink, but it didn't quite taste right. It was extremely watered down, but the lady who brought my food was extremely nice about the situation and switched out my drink without hesitation.

Sierra is the best car hop there because she's very polite, kind,always smiling & she makes sure that she has helped you with everything you need

So we go, last minute, to order a couple things from the value meal, only to order full menu items. The workers had to be frustrated but they cooked all of our food fresh, nothing had been left over from the day, everything was absolutely delicious!! Way to go night shift crew at this Sonic! You guys rock!!!
