My husband & I visited this Starbucks on a road trip. We can confidently say, it is the BEST Starbucks experience we have ever had. Hopper (I believe that was his name) greeted us at the window with a smile & our mobile order drinks ready. The drinks were made perfectly & he even made sure we had everything we needed before leaving (napkins, straws, etc). The service was impeccable, you could tell that they cared about their customers and that we weren’t just a number. Amazing work, Starbucks!!

Decided to come by on my way into work at about 6AM. Attitudes were very pleasant. They got the drive thru cleared in an impressive time. Got to the window and the great service continued. May start going by here from now on!

Coffee was made very well! Best I've tasted. I've tried different places in the Spartanburg area and this place makes their drinks very good!! You can taste the flavors 😋 the service was great, even if you wait for a little for your drink, someone will let you know they are working on your order. Good customer service skills at this location.

I truly enjoy visiting this location. Employee Tora is the absolute best ( as are the others) however there is just something special about her. She truly cares about her customers and if I could give her 100 ⭐ stars I would. She is a true pleasure to interact with and there isn’t enough positive things to say about her. She’s a true blessing to your company! 💙

I love the Baristas here. They're always so happy, accommodating and helpful. My daughter and sons love the frozen drinks and I love the warm ones. My favorite is and will always be a grande warm Caramel macchiato with 2 pumps cinnamon dolce. My husband loves a black coffee with peppermint syrup.

This crew friendly and very polite. All the food is amazing. Feel free to change up your drinks I found out I liked a lot more of them.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and the entire staff, especially Tora were very nice. We had been to another SB earlier in the day and forgotten an item and she got me that item for no charge. In town for basketball games but would definitely recommend this location. Parking is not the best but that is not the shoes fault.

Always friendly at this Starbucks. I've used the drive thru a ton but today I went inside and it was very clean though sitting isn't allowed right now due to COVID.

I can't emphasize the truth about the place that it serves to us the definition of great service and quality of the work. The speaker taking the order is top notch in an educational trained voice to get the clarity of the orders right. The cashier was spot on for the smiles and the handling of the money and products was even better handled by far. The line was long as always that you find for their establishment of coffee and teas to the extent that you have to ponder 🤔 the other possibility of the place being overwhelmed but it's not that way whatsoever. They stay calmed, cool,and collective the whole time. Kudos to the workers there they take the trophy 🏆 to new heights in the end.

Coffee and good are great but what stood out to me is how extremely loving Jackie was. Her smile and kindness goes far. She even gave me stickers for my kids! Give Jackie a raise! ❤

The staff tonight (1/23/22 @4:30) deserve a big thank you, extra tips, and a raise. Tonight was a very busy night for this Starbucks. When I arrived after placing my mobile order the line was wrapped around the building. It probably took about 35 minutes to get up to the order window but I knew that was likely when I pulled in. Even though they were dealing with a seemingly endless line of customers they were very cheerful when it came to interacting with us. They apologized for the long wait even though that’s not some thing they can avoid or help with and proceeded to be kind while getting the order together. The order was perfect. I appreciate the attentiveness and positive attitude of the three staff members that I had the pleasure of coming into contact with.

I went to this location on my lunch break today. A barista named Tora was helping the drive thru. She had the most pleasant, clear, kind, thorough communication I think I’ve ever had in a drive thru. I was super impressed! Someone give this girl a raise because her customer service is impeccable!

A great Starbucks, kind staff, decently fast but keep in mind there very busy so results can vary like anyother drive-thru/ food and beverage businesses.

Rating 5 stars for the employee working the window tonight! I have no idea what her name is but I appreciated her cheerful attitude! I pulled up to the drive thru and realized they had a sign out saying they were closing early at 8pm and I looked and saw the time was 7:59pm. I was going to pull off but then the employee asked for my order. I heard other employees in the background when I got to the window fussing about them being closed. I felt super bad but was so appreciative of the one at the window still taking my order and being so kind as well. Small gesture, but it made my night! So 5 stars to her and thank you!

The lady in the drive thru (Tora, I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! Super friendly, efficient, funny and over the top! Amazing customer service. Will be coming to this one from now on!

I really love starbucks, when they make Froth with their heavy cream it adds that delicious creamy texture and the froth last longer. Be sure to ask for heavy cream, all their locations seem to have it. Add a shot of sugar-free vanilla and some cinnamon on top and you can't go wrong.

I give ALL 5 stars to Emma and Nikki!!!!!! At one time, this location was one of the BEST Starbucks ever. Up until recently there has been no consistency on how my drink will taste. After yesterday's visit, 3 remakes later- I will definitely have to taste my drink before driving off. The staff is always friendly but Emma and Nikki are just awesome!! Both are super nice! Emma is exceptional- totally one of a kind. There needs to be more people in the world that exudes this type of kindness and personality. Thank you so much Ladies for your wonderful service!!!!!

Fast service and great drinks. My order has never been incorrect. Thanks guys!
