Publix Pharmacy at Lake Crossing

Pretty shocked at all the 1-star reviews. This pharmacy is leaps and bounds better than the Walgreens next door. I call them almost monthly to check the availability of my son's medication and my phone interactions are always pleasant. Remember- you get what you give.

Picked up prescriptions on Saturday. Cindy was super. She treated my wife and I like old friends. Great customer service skills. Hope we get here again. Use her as a trainer! 😀

Absolutely love these people who work here.Not only am I saving money but staff found more saving for me. Never fell like I'm bothering the techs ,they answered my questions Red Bank area Publics.

These People know how to do customer service. They have 10 or more working every day I come in. (more people than walmart). they understand how to do manufacture discount coupons, goodrx and my BCBS insurance. They call if they don't have something and when they will be getting it in. I've converted everyone in my family to here.... (We were a CVS, Walgreens and Walmart... but NOW ONLY PUBLIX PHARMACY)

I had to deal with several different pharmacies for one of my RX,. After it costing 400$ at a previous place, I switched to publix. First off, the people on the phone (I talked to 2 different people) were extremely helpful and nice. I get bad anxiety when dealing with rude customer service, so this enough was a breath of fresh air. They had my RX ready within a few days (they had to order it because it isn't that common) and it cost MORE THAN HALF less than the other ones (using GoodRX). I am sticking with them from now on.

Great little pharmacy. The staff are kind knowledgeable and above all fast. The Pharmacist is a great guy that will go above and beyond to help you and do anything it takes to make you feel valued and educate you if you have any questions or concerns about a new medication. Highly Recommended!

Super friendly staff. Got my flu shot here and it was quick and easy.

Mostly good lil attitude sometimes and with all places you got to watch prices.

It's pretty good here overall. What's the hardest is getting the lowest price. I have insurance, but I check before going inside for lower price with various discount cards. They already have it bagged and it's difficult getting it through to them to switch it up I found a better price. I'm not leaving I'm just doing the necessary fight.

Once in a blue moon i will get a friendly cashier but today, a blonde lady working in back corner was beyond rude to me. I know what is going on with my coupon because the friendly cashier Corie was polite..

By far the worst Publix pharmacy. Everyone is very nice but they are so slow and seemingly always out of things. I stopped using them for awhile but wanted to give them another try today because they had the best price for the medication I needed filled. They said 45 minutes, then another 30 minutes, and ended up not even having the correct amount and said we couldn’t get a partial and still use GoodRx coupon I’d have to wait until they restock and purchase them all at once. So now my cat is without medication that she needs for at least 4 days. Make it make sense.

Pay attention to all the bad reviews. Notice the common denominator? Horrible customer service and incompetent. 100% accurate. Every month I have to call and tell them to fill a Rx that is supposed to be filled automatically. Now they are telling my doctor that they REQUIRE a reason I am taking medication, treatment plan and diagnosis?! They are NOT my doctor. This is supposed to be private information. My doctor said they are the only pharmacy asking for this. I'm pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation.
