We just closed on our home with the Ashley Wilson Realty Group. Melissa Gelly was our personal realtor. Since we lived out of state, it was a little difficult in following the building process. Melissa stepped up and were our eyes and ears during construction. She would update us on the home, send us pictures and videos during different phases of the construction and act as the liaison between the builder and ourselves. Even when there were a few issues during closing, she was able to step up and iron out any potential problems. Alexis was the coordinator for the closing process making sure all connections were made between financial institution, closing offices, inspections, and the builder were coordinated. I would highly recommend Melissa Gelly and the Ashley Wilson Realty Group if your looking for a conscientious realtor and agency to represent you.

Stellar communication throughout the process. We experienced a couple of hiccups towards the end, but our closing agent, Alexis was on top of everything. Our agent, Bridgette, was amazing. She helped to resolve an issue with our lot premium, which resulted in an additional seller credit and landscaping (at no extra charge). She also helped us to navigate how we handled our below market value. The outcome was a win-win for everyone!
