Jason goes above and beyond in ways you can’t foresee. We had several unexpected hiccups (to say the least) when selling our home and he fought tooth and nail to get us to the closing table. His pricing strategy earned us well over what we expected and had us a signed offer within two days. I would sell with Jason 10 times over. He’s smart, strategic, a bull in a china shop when needed and fights for his clients. He’s also quite hilarious which helps when you’re about to pull your 675th hair out. 10 out of 5 stars.

Although we never met Jason face-to-face, he was still a part of our homebuying experience by being included in every communication we had. It really stood out to us how quickly both Jarret and Jason would reply to our questions - whether that be by email or text. And as first time homebuyers, we had A LOT of questions. We were incredibly nervous, but also really excited. Jarret had a welcome meeting with us to explain the homebuying process. We discussed earnest money, escrow, her relationship with selling agents, our goals, appraisals - really the entire home buying process from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the online platform used to show us houses. It was super easy for both of us to log in and "favorite" the houses that we thought were cool. The information on the site was extremely thorough - which was important to us because we would have never known to ask some of those questions if the information was not presented to us.

Our favorite part of the process was touring townhomes with Jarret. I believe she understood exactly what we were looking for. Since we were shopping during the peak of football season and weeks before the holiday season, she respected our time. We were able to knock out all of our home tours in one day.

Jason is a superb real estate broker and all around amazing human. He's friendly and realistic with his clients, but a shark when you need him to be with negotiations (including negotiating back-and-forth late on a Friday night for us). He is also very smart about how to maximize your investment. 9 years after we bought our first property with Jason, he guided us through updating it and getting it ready for sale. We ended up making 30k OVER listing, and well above market. He also has an amazing understanding of the Triangle market. I have referred several friends and family members to Jason who have had similarly awesome experiences. He's also been very helpful to provide home repair or improvement vendor recs whenever we need him. Do not look any further for a Real Estate agent, Jason is the best of the best! Jason helped my husband and I buy our first home together almost 7 years ago. I could not say enough amazing things about Jason. He truly is wonderful to work with. He helped us sell our townhouse, in less than 48 hours, and helped us buy our current home, in a very competitive market and during a pandemic. We were very concerned about beating out other bidders because we really wanted our home. He helped us arrange everything from inspections (for both properties), helping us better stage our townhouse (through text message mind you because #COVID), educating and guiding us through the simultaneous process of buying and selling, calming our nerves (he should have honorary degrees in therapy and mind reading), and was always an immediate phone call away.
