I had Zakiyah she was simply amazing and took me as a walk in and styled me to my liking. I love the vibe.

I love the way I feel when I leave the salon. My confidence is at an all time high because of how great my hair looks. My stylist Trevora Michelle does an amazing job with my natural hair. My hair is 4c and thick but when I leave her salon with my silk press you can't tell how much time and effort she had to go through to make it look so good. She also talked about how to care for my hair when I'm home. She actually owns the shop and has a good number of experienced stylists. For example, her daughter Zakiyah has braided my hair and my daughter's hair and it looked amazing. The prices at this shop are reasonable. You can find both of these stylists on Style Seat. You won't be disappointed. Can't wait for my next appointment.

I love that the ladies here accommodate walk in for braids as long as you get there before cut off time. My daughter has natural thick and long hair, and they don't have an issue with working with it. Everyone there is nice and polite.

Myself and my Husband have gotten our hair braided by Mo, and she’s amazing! So professional. She is very talented. We loved our hair every time. The environment is positive and clean. All ages will feel safe and welcome here! I definitely suggest booking with them!

Awesome. Kristy was my stylist today. No political games here. Call and book your appointment. I called on a Thursday and Kristy got me in today Friday at 9am. She was professional and knew what I needed to look beautiful. She washed and condition my hair and I didn't know that was included. She was able to repair the locs I needed, restarted the locs in the back and retwisted the other locs. I love the atmosphere down to earth, the other stylist were friendly and professional. This is my kind of place and I definitely will be coming back. I recommend this place 100% if you need your locs or hair done.

They do hair really good and care about what you think and make sure you are comfortable, I suggest Karisma she does blow outs, box braids, lemonade braids, bun braids, and see ins. She is great at hairs. Zakyiah is sweet and nice, she makes you feel at home. Michelle is sweet make sure you are having a great time whether you are waiting or getting your hair done. Kendra is sweet and you will love her but Karisma is my hair person though. You should go and get your hair done here. It's great.

y'all, some girl played in my hair and left me terrible, i came in here one hour before closing and tee got me RIGHT! i cannot appreciate her and the other staff more! i'll definitely be back.

Service was amazing. My service consisted of a shampoo , ends trimmed and silk press. I was extremely satisfied . I left feeling like a new woman.

I’ve been coming here since I found out about them in nov 22, they always do my silk press so good and keep my hair healthy! I love that they accept walk ins. They’re so attentive and the energy is always great in the salon! Making this my official go- to salon. And thank you to Brianna she did my silk press today and I loved it!!

I highly recommend this salon!!!! This shop embodies what I think about when I envision an african american beauty salon. Whenever I have inquired about a service, it has always been last minute but I have always been able to be accommodated the same day.

Recently I called to come in before a braid appointment that I had been unprepared for. I still had braids in my hair and needed them to be quickly taken out, wash and blow out my natural hair and get back across town. The young lady did just that AND I had time to spare before my next appointment!

While I was there I also purchased a cute little purse for my daughter (and eyed a bag and sunglasses for myself). The music is really good and I felt comfortable singing aloud--even though my singing is really bad lol. All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The owner was very bubbly and called everyone beautiful...I really liked that and I could tell that she was genuine because I remembered her also being very nice and positive when I had visited before. The prices are very fair/reasonable for the services and they definitely have a new customer with me and my daughter. I have already recommended them to a family member who was also very pleased with the price and service that she received. Thank you ladies for being a breath of fresh air, positivity, and exceptional service that is almost unheard of these days in your industry. See you next time!

Update: These ladies really keep the art of “Hairdressing” alive. I’ve literally only been going to this shop ever since my last post and my 5 stars remain. I am so versatile with my hairstyles and this shop accommodates them all and my hair is still growing. I’ve been natural and not once have i ever had any issues.
I've been dealing with this shop and the stylists for years. They helped my hair stay healthy and grow. If you want your hair done the RIGHT way, this salon is definitely the place to go.

The stylist are amazing and it's good vibes in the salon. Everyone is welcoming and from my experience, there is no limit to what they can do. Michelle is awesome and I definitely will be returning.
