This place is run basically by one guy. He's always super friendly, and I've only had satisfying interactions with him. I've lived in the area for 3 years, and have been a customer the entire time. I have called and there was no answer, but he has called back, which to me is pretty awesome.

If you worked all day, every day - 7 days a week, without days off, you might miss a phone call here and there too.

I try to support his business because I appreciate the hard work he puts in to run it. Could I go to one of the big chains he is surrounded by? Yes, but I'd much rather give my business to someone who lives in the same area as me. Support small businesses.

He deserves a LOT better than 1 star.

This place is horrible!!! They call themselves a UPS access point, I had to get UPS on the phone to try and get my package released, I followed there procedure of staying on the phone for 20 minutes, getting a authorization form sent to my employee who was at the store. Sent him the authorization and had UPS call the store. This place straight out refused to release my package even with all the proper documents. I paid over $200 for overnight shipping. And some guy behind the counter who shouldn't advertise or sign up to be something he obviously cant be wants to cause problems. I can only imagine how he is with his other customers and the other items he deals with at his store. Unfair and unprofessional!!!

This place needs to close down and they definitely should not have people packages delivered here. I went on my lunch to pick up my package and waited over 45 minutes and no one came back. Horrible!! and a great inconveniece, I have my own business as well and work 7 days a week. I have an obligation to the community. I realize ppl depend on my service! I also understand emergencies but this place is close way too often.

NOT a reliable UPS Access Point. Currently having issues with retrieving my package. I’ve called to ask about my package there and they told me they did not have any UPS packages. Now they are just not answering their phone. UPS needs to cut ties with this shop. They are causing too many inconveniences.

Went to pick up a package that was delivered there this morning. I was there at the posted hours. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying back in 30. OK, fine. An hour and 15 minutes later, the guy finally shows up.

I stopped by around 10-11 in the morning which is within business hours to pick up a package that was there from ups and no one was there i saw about 3 or 4 people who came by as well only to leave as there was no one there all while its within business hours and the open sign is on its past 2:30 now and ive called to see if anyone is back yet and still no one is there this is just terrible business practice and is proving to be a major pain as i want to get the package ive spent a good sum of money for and judging by other reviews I'm not the only person to deal with this problem just getting in the store and again judging by other reviews from people who were also seeking to pick up a package this may only be the beginning of my troubles getting my package
