On the purchasing side, she negotiated directly with the sellers and served as a perfect intermediary and representative of our interests. She also leveraged her network and was able to secure a purchase closing that lined up with our sale along with securing a quick turnaround on some major renovation work that needed to be done prior to moving in. I cannot speak highly enough of Emily's coordination of closing, and the team's communication throughout the process. 10/10; would recommend to anyone in Wake County and surrounding areas.

Kelly was referred to us via a colleague of our mortgage loan officer. We moved from VA, so not being local had its own challenges. We could not be happier with Kelly and her knowledge of the area. She gave us the PROs and CONs of the area and was very familiar with the Raleigh metro area. She was very prompt, dedicated and responsive to our goals. Kelly is AMAZING. I am a first time homebuyer (now owner!) and so naturally had lots and lots of questions. She gently walked me through the entire process and made it feel super easy. She always made time for showings (usually with very little notice) and would give me good advice/thoughts when viewing the homes, which was great as I'm single so it was wonderful having a second set of eyes that I could trust with me. When we finally found the right home, she went to bat for me, numerous times. She really heard my concerns/visions/requests and took them forward for me.
