Most importantly my whole kitchen came from here. The cabinet department (Ellie) was very helpful and saved me a ton of money.

Well organized store. Structured price reductions. If you don't follow their Facebook, you should because they post most of the pictures of everything there.

They had someone beautiful things today.

Had a great experience at this location! Rick was awesome in assisting me with a table and 2 chairs. The table was a little wobbly but he fixed it by tighten up the screws for me and then help load all 3 items into my car. Very helpful and nice guy!

I like this ReStore. It’s just a regular size store for items you need for your home, sometimes, for cars also. I bought some stuff here, and, so far, I’m satisfied with the customer relations and prices of the items I got.

We were surprised to learn you could order new cabinets through Habitat and were thrilled with the entire process! Customer service was outstanding and the quality of our new cabinets is every bit as good as any others we shopped - real wood, slow-close, sturdy, beautiful. We loved being able to purchase from a NC cabinet company through Habitat and everything was on time (only 3 weeks from the time we ordered!) and as promised. Habitat was able to show us computer-generated images of different layouts in our kitchen based on the very large selection of pieces available with each line, and the end result was exactly as pictured. On top of all this, the cost was much better than the other places we shopped. Highly recommend!

I have always had wonderful experiences at the restore! Across 3 of their triangle locations. I’ve also ordered new cabinets for two bathroom projects that went well and was a lifesaver in costs bc they were able to cut the cabinets for a non standard area in both projects. On the second project there was a mistake with one of the cabinets and Andrew Klutz was wonderful and helped me figure out a solution despite a mistake on my part in taking too long to open the box and see the issue. Would recommend their new cabinet services for anyone looking to get decent cabinets for a fair prices especially if you have a non standard area but don’t want to pay for custom cabinets!

I was visiting the store for an orientation, a requirement should anyone like to volunteer their sweat equity, or there surplus “stuff”… anyhow a very smart no nonsense little unit. I couldn’t help myself but to talk out of turn and act a little odd just to enjoy the precision and grace displayed; Andrew never missing a beat even adding a few steps. All the while the well oiled, finely tuned machine that is the ReStore in Cary, enjoys an atmosphere of productivity and efficiency, purring in the background as one might find in more orange or even blue themed retail space( that all get laid out completely different🙄great idea) He runs a tight ship. And helps A LOT OF PEOPLE, do it honey. Five stars all day! Whew!

I loved working with the staff at this location! Everyone I’ve encountered has been amazingly helpful! Someone else said that they are very hard working individuals, and I couldn’t agree more! I bought some cabinetry from this Restore for a kitchen remodel and had some hiccups along the way (on my side) but the Restore team worked with me throughout out the process. I never really expected that. They took a lot of time with me in our consultations, were flexible, and helped me achieve the look I was going for on my budget. I would definitely recommend the Cary Restore!!

Great deals in a small store. Great accent furniture and pictures and rugs. Friendly staff. Round up when you pay for what you're buying something. Stuff moves pretty quickly so come back again.

I've been shopping/donating here for five or six years. The people are friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. They usually have a good selection furniture, garage tools, garden tools, sinks, doors, toilets, lighting. It's a cool place to go and see what you can find.

There is one section of the store where you can design your brand new kitchen with all-new materials (some of the profits go to Habitat, I believe). Other than that, it is unusual that you find much furniture in good shape. Some of the other items are better. Today I got a ceiling fan ($20), which looked like new. It had a few screws missing and the friendly, helpful folks there let me dig through their box of random screws until I found something that would work. I also got 2 LED floodlight bulbs (with motion sensing) for a total of $4. The inventory is hit or miss, but when you find something, it is usually a very good deal.

Did you know this place sells brand new cabinets AND they will help you with the layout/design of your kitchen? If you order your cabinets through the restore, you are helping others AND saving money. Avery did an amazing job helping our dream kitchen become a reality! Highly recommend giving the process a try. You will be excited you did.

Loved working with Avery in designing my new kitchen layout and ordering NEW cabinets at a huge savings! The cabinets were delivered assembled and ready to be installed. I'm thrilled with my experience and the results. Above all, I appreciate knowing that my purchase supports the mission of Habitat and connected non-profits.

Smaller Habitat provides a great shopping experience. Someone is always around to help answer questions and the high sales turnover means it's new every time.
2022 Update: Despite the many challenges of the past few years the Habitat Restore in Cary continues to thrive. Since my last review they've added a color tag discount system that offers to up to 60% off. The color tags rotate every two weeks so if you see something you think is too expensive you can roll the dice and hope nobody else picks it up. New materials are still constantly pouring, it seems like everyone must be re-modeling no. Don't go hoping to find the something you need, instead go in looking for great new ideas

Most of the time I find a good deal at the Restore. The business appears to be well managed. Overall it's a great place to save but of course know what the item costs new, before you go there or check it on your cell phone. Good Luck.
