Pam was amazing at helping my husband and I to purchase our first home! We didn't know very much about the home buying process or things to look for (or look out for), but Pam and her executive assistant Melissa are incredibly knowledgeable. They guided us through each step making sure to explain the nuances of home buying, but they also took time to get to know us as a couple and help us narrow down what features were really important to us.

Our price point was incredibly competitive, but each time we put in an offer Pam made sure to be clear about how to make our offer as competitive as possible and I'm sure that her negotiating skills is ultimately what helped us get an offer accepted on a house that had 21 other offers!

I worked with Laurie Whitnack from Pamela Tucker Realty to get my house in 2022 and boy was it a journey! I was so lucky to have Laurie right by my side the whole time and she made the process so much fun and easy. I was looking at the beginning of 2022 when things were a bit crazy but eventually took a few months break before picking up the search again in the fall of 2022.

She answered all my questions, gave me incredible feedback, and always went the extra mile to get me information that would be helpful in my search. There were days when I requested 6-7 houses to view and she made sure that we would be able to see all the houses that I wanted to see and the best route to do it! Also, I could trust that she would fight for me during the closing process which was a HUGE stress off of my shoulders during that time.

I can’t really say enough about what a relief it was to have Pam sell our old home and buy our new one! I’d actually considered selling the house on our own initially, but thank God that we did not!

We didn’t have any trouble selling it, but the questions, concerns, and time consuming issues that came after (but before closing) made her involvement worth every penny. I can say for sure that she went above and beyond. She also didn’t suggest we dump a bunch of money into the house so she could get top dollar commission in return, but made practical suggestions for the quick turn-around we needed.

When we were buying a house, we looked casually at first not expecting to find what we wanted, and she was incredibly gracious about the time that she spent with us to no avail. But when we were ready to put in an offer, she probably saved us $20,000 from where we were going to start negotiating. She is realistic and upfront about process, pricing, and setting expectations, but considerate enough to do it in a way that is appreciated and clearly in our best interest.

Even months after the sale we had questions about the homeowners warranty and she didn’t skip a beat working through it with the sellers realtor and even calling the insurance company herself! She didn’t have to go to that extent, but that’s just how she rolls!!

All of this she did while navigating the new-normal of Covid, by the way!

We’ve used about 5 different realtors over the years- a couple have been good, one horrible, and Pam has outshined them all! Her candor, sincerity, energy, knowledge, and no-pressure vibe is EXACTLY what we needed! We would highly recommend Pam to anyone!
