The people at this location is particular are so friendly and eager to help. They have always given me what I feel is true advice-if something doesn’t look right they will tell me. I appreciate that above anything else. Their product lines change and stay fresh and I’ve had many compliments on the clothing items I’ve gotten online.

Everywhere I turn there's always a helpful smile, the service is incredibly friendly, clean and organized, and when I leave I always feel happy and satisfied!! definitely my favorite Victoria's Secret to shop at!

I visited the store for sweat pants & a sweat shirt. The young lady with a hair wrap found a matching shirt. She picked out the water mist scent along with the scrub.. amazing. I’m traveling to Texas (Never Been) with my husband and she recommended 2 beautiful hotels. Great service & travel agent?? Love it.

I ordered some items on line that just didn't fit. I took them back with all tags on for a no hassle refund. The extraordinary store associate took the time and did a few quick measurements. Come to find out I've been shopping for the wrong size for years. 5 star service!! Thank you, Brenda!!

I love this store so much.❤❤ they're really nice and there good at helping people and they are good with questions and their always helping people out. Also they can size you their they have a positive attitude. Their clothes are really cute. The clothes lean towards teenagers tho. Pink is a little version of Victoria's secret basicly . They can bras and underwear as well and perfume and sandals and everything like that. It's a really popular place. ❤❤❤❤😻

I purchased panties with a coupon to find once in the store, they had a sale on panties, along with my free panty, I got a total of 12 panties and a pair of heart boxers which I will wear for Valentine's, Independence Mall.

OMG WOW!!!!!!!! I just had the best service. The employee name Liya was awesome she stuck with me from beginning to the end. Everyone was nice and kind too. But Liyah went the extra mile. I'm so happy with the service today.

I just had the most AMAZING 🤩 customer service experience at this store I walked in the door told the young lady what I was looking for which were boyfriend pants she told me they didn’t carry them in the store however they could order them for me so I proceeded up to the register when I got to the register a young lady Megan I believe greeted me and already knew what it I wanted. Got the information from me ordered my items and told me when to expect delivery now if that isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is thank you so much!!

I love the perfume and the underwear that I got from there. Though I saw the same perfume I bought for $85 at $55 online. I will prefer to shop online next time but I appreciate the customer service.

BIG BIG BIG HUG TO HALEY!!! I went in there with my best friend who's blind, and because she relies on me talking to her, it's an incredibly stressful situation for her to go shopping because the music is always so loud that I have to yell. But Haley understood our situation and not only turned the music OFF, but she cleared the dressing room hall of obstacles and helped my best friend find the BEST bra and panty set!! Jalissa also helped and the girls were SO helpful! My friend left in tears because it was the first time she was EVER able to go shopping without stress. Haley and Jalissa have set the standard for customer service and we will be back!

This store is neat and clean as are all the Victoria's Secrets I've been in but even when I first walked in it was a very different experience. I went in about an hour before closing and the staff was wonderful. Didn't rush at all and extremely helpful. Loved my experience here.

Would love to give a shoutout to Gabby. I left the store satisfied. She helped me find not one but 2 bras! Every time I went in there for a bra I felt rushed or that no one would listen to what I was looking for. So I appreciate her help! I will be going back when she’s there for my next bra purchase.
