So with the holiday craze & throw a episode of Vertigo that I had in there 😳 too , my online pick up order was divided into two for some odd reason & my daughter picked up half for me while sick 😫. JADE at the legends HT called me to figure out what's was going on with my order, thank god she did cause I had no idea some of it was not filled, well 1 item said it was unavailable & they was super concerned & determined to get my melody journal for my girl. Jade told me.zona had 4 , so I called to hold it & well the Legemds manager was there & she is going to bring it to legends to save me the trip & satisfy my order!! They are soo awesome & kind!!

I just want to have a lot of money and buy everything in the store! Plus the sales assistants are always friendly

Michael helped me out today and rang me up and is an excellent human and employee. This company is very lucky to have him and I will be returning solely because of his experience he gave at this location. He absolutely diserves a raise and praises from the company. Good employees and customer experiences are hard to come by in this day and age and he is everything a business could want and more.

They allow Dogs!!! And my little girl loved them so much. Great experience would recommend 100%!)

I hadn't been there in a really long time, but it was like going back in time. It even had a lot of the same products, but a lot of that stuff is popular again, so I'm sure that's why. Still a great experience.

So had some problems with the website the nighbefore and then they ran out of my item! OMG! But my Zona Rosa store had 3 and held them all day for me - such a sweet guy that worked there. IT's a cute little store with all sorts of nifty gadgets. I recommend it - glad to have it in the area and really appreciate the good service. Hope the website gets better after the holidays but I liked the store a lot and was happy to get my items - cute one of a kind things. Will definitely go back! From grunge to cutesy - no complaints here!! Thank you!!!!!

Love the sweet and goth styles now! Also ALL THE KUROMI! I love that they always have tons of band tees and lots of anime stuff! The store not cluttered, and is kept very neat. This is my preferred Hot Topic.

Always a fun place to find interesting things very helpful people they just need to get their debit card machine or processor fixed

Everyone is nice, says hello when you come in and asks if you need help finding anything. I had an order to pick up and luckily I checked the box before I left because they had one item from my order not in the box.

One of the few I go to, but I like this one more than the others. The staff here is basically like part of the family now. Even though I barely remember any of their names or them mine. It's just how they make me feel every time I go in. Not to mention about 90% of the time, they've got what I'm looking for in stock. Along with my random other splurge buys.

Hot Topic is amazing! I always check out this store whenever I'm nearby. They have great deals on t-shirts. The gaming ones are my favorite. They also hold a bunch of shirts from a lot of music artists/bands I listen too. I find the employees to be friendly and enjoy working there. The birthday specials are a nice touch.

My go-to spot for all things nerdy & musically related. I always am drawn to the Harry Potter, Disney (princesses, Star Wars, Marvel) and band merch. There really is a great selection. I feel that a lot of the items I used to buy have migrated ton online primarily, but that doesn't bother me. Been a Hot Topic perks member for over a decade and will keep coming back. Love coming here - the staff is friendly and fun to talk to.

My daughter loves this store! I frequented it a lot in my teens and twenties as well, and while the merch and and selection has shifted since then, it's still a fun place with the same general motif and atmosphere.

I really love this place, I recommend it because they have so many selections and different kinds of fandoms! I didn't even expect Gudetama to be in the store, but they gave me the magnet for free since they couldnt find the packaging for it :p The backpacks are super sturdy (at least the one I have, I'm not saying everyone is, I got a naruto one and it's doing great so far) thanks keep up the work even though it slowly dying in zona rosa :p

The guy in the store was helpful and friendly beyond what the chain would hope or train for. It's something you don't often see anymore. Quite an interesting selection of merchandise as well.
