The people at this location is particular are so friendly and eager to help. They have always given me what I feel is true advice-if something doesn’t look right they will tell me. I appreciate that above anything else. Their product lines change and stay fresh and I’ve had many compliments on the clothing items I’ve gotten online.

Everywhere I turn there's always a helpful smile, the service is incredibly friendly, clean and organized, and when I leave I always feel happy and satisfied!! definitely my favorite Victoria's Secret to shop at!

This store is neat and clean as are all the Victoria's Secrets I've been in but even when I first walked in it was a very different experience. I went in about an hour before closing and the staff was wonderful. Didn't rush at all and extremely helpful. Loved my experience here.

I love the perfume and the underwear that I got from there. Though I saw the same perfume I bought for $85 at $55 online. I will prefer to shop online next time but I appreciate the customer service.

BIG BIG BIG HUG TO HALEY!!! I went in there with my best friend who's blind, and because she relies on me talking to her, it's an incredibly stressful situation for her to go shopping because the music is always so loud that I have to yell. But Haley understood our situation and not only turned the music OFF, but she cleared the dressing room hall of obstacles and helped my best friend find the BEST bra and panty set!! Jalissa also helped and the girls were SO helpful! My friend left in tears because it was the first time she was EVER able to go shopping without stress. Haley and Jalissa have set the standard for customer service and we will be back!

The staff at the zona rosa lacation in kansas city mo is very helpful, friendly, and curtious. These ladies know their store and merchandise like the back of their hands. A saleslady greeted me inside, I told her what I was after (Bombshell Perfume) she took me straight to the display and was very helpful in letting me smell the different fragrances.

Almost gave up on Victoria's Secret. ..glad I had Shirley to help properly fit me...after all these years of thinking the quality of Victoria Secret bras were going downhill...it wasn't, I just needed the right fit and right type of bra.

I've gone months without a bra because nobody sized me right or didnt size me at all until I went to the location. They were super helpful and nice and now I can finally wear a bra without everything hanging out!
