Shoe Carnival

We always find shoes for the whole family and love the sales. The prices are reasonable and i love to spend the wheel. I always buy 2 or more shoes when i go. The only downside to the store is ko sale associates floating the floor to see if we need help we kinda on our own but if we do go ask they will help us. Im not saying they dont buy whenever i go in were greeted but noone ever ask to we need help.

Very polite and not overly pushy. Didn't plan on buying as I was just starting to look but ended up finding a pair for a decent price so I got them.
The shoes were on clearance and thankfully I noticed they scanned wrong and it was fixed with no troubles.

Went in today with a man that I take care of who was blind and Everett was absolutely amazing she helped us both find shoes that we wanted and kept her eyes on him while I looked for what I wanted couldn't have asked for better help give that girl a raise ❤❤❤

I don't care what people say about West Macon, I enjoyed shopping at Shoe Carnival. I found the perfect shoes I were looking for, a pair of Sketcher and Moccasin. Customer Service was AWESOME ❤

I must give an overdue “shout-out” to two cashiers at Shoe Carnival on Presidential Parkway. Back in September, I was desperately looking for a pair of shoes for an occasion I was going to. I called Shoe Carnival right before it was about to close and spoke to Zakyia Bryant. This young lady went above and beyond to help me out that night. She was able to find a pair of shoes, in my size, over the phone, that were exactly what I needed. She put my name on the box and left them for me to pick up the next day. When I arrived the next day, I spoke to Samencia Rogers. She showed me the same courtesy that I received from Ms. Bryant the night before. Advised me of the sale that was going on and I ended up leaving with not one, but two pairs of shoes that evening. I was a VERY happy customer. I hope these two ladies are still working there. I want their manager to know just how awesome they both were and that they absolutely did more than what I had expected. I appreciate them both.
