Rockingham Park at the Crossroads

Beautiful park with an amazing kiddie park with swings, climbing bars, and a zip line! The park also has a few, well maintained baseball fields. Finally, there is a mile track that loops around the park. It is perfect for walking, running or training and the beautiful scenery that is in view as you run makes this park really fabulous!

We stopped here as we were passing through on a road trip. It was the perfect place to get out and stretch our legs. We ate at the covered picnic tables. It was nice and cool under the pavilion even in hot sun. We were able to use the clean and well-stocked restrooms and spend some time on the awesome playground. The playground is designed with features for kids age 2-12. Some sunny areas as well as some sun shades.

The views are awesome!

Highly recommend the playground here if you're local to the area or just passing through.

My kids love this playground whenever we are in town. From the zip line to the climbing net tower there is something there for every kid. The gravel walking path has a nice mix of slight hills and flat parts.

We bring our grandkids here often. Always clean and well maintained. Kids love the zip line!

This place was awesome. My kids loved it. There is a very cool zip line that is like pure sugar to kids. Clean and well kept.

Just a wonderful park! A lot of green space and really nice fields. The playground is a winner in my kids eyes. Loved the zip line! This park is well planned out and parking is great. When I was there one field still needed to be finished, and the lights were just getting ready to be set. Great park!

The wife and I took our 5 year old grandson here to play and he enjoyed the zip-line plus the other playing equipment. He also enjoyed meeting and playing with other children his age. He had a very enjoyable day playing at this park. Will bring him back again.

Great little park with plenty to do for the kids. There are a lot of benches for the parents to relax. It's really busy during the days that school is out but that allows for me friends to play with.

Fun for all ages due to separate play sets that are more age-specific. There are some fun features, like a spider web and even a Zipline! Bathrooms are nearby and clean, and there is also a picnic shelter right next to the playground.

Well maintained area with a big focus on the younger ones. Even though they are more geared to tye little ones they do have a zip line for the older kids to have fun on!

Me and my daughter went here for father's day it it the best play ground I've ever been to, unfortunately it takes me over 2 hoursto get there.💯👍😁.I live in marlinton w.v.the play grounds here are the worst I've ever been to.She stays on them 5 minutes maybe and with nothing else to do for children they should be amazing 😭I'm also done complaining about it I'm moving.

The playground here is awesome! Stuff for all ages and there are a few unique features like the zipline, the oversized spinning wheel and the spider web climbing obstacle course! The rest of the park is in a beautiful setting with Massanutten as a backdrop.

Great park for kids to have fun and be safe. The “youth” zipline was back and working. This is always a favorite for our grandkids

Awesome park❤the kids loved it❤ very nice zipline for the kids❤ the park is crowed, I'm hoping this will get better because it is so new. Bring your own shade and water.

Beautiful park with some really nest features for kids! Brand new equipment just wish the bottom was the new soft material and not woodchips but that's minor!

Fantastic place for kids, even adults can have some fun. We truly enjoyed. Easy access and clean commons areas.
