Bar fly Safety Harbor

Love this little restaurant in Safety Harbor!! you NEED TO TRY THE LOBSTER BISQUE. The food was so great, we got nachos, three orders of lobster bisque, and a fried chicken sandwich. All were amazing, the service was great, and the decoration was so cute and beachy. Such a great place to eat lunch with friends and family!

The food was excellent, each of us had something different and each delicious. The server was nice but could have come by more often. They had live music and he was good. We enjoyed the music so we stayed awhile after dinner. We will be back. The restaurant is down town so parking is limited but you can always find something.

Great spot for lunch/casual diner in a lively area! Beautiful views from the outside tables. Island tuna poke was very tasty, fresh veggies and generous amount of tuna for very reasonable price! Virgin margarita was so-so kinda just tasted like tonic sparkling water. Mussels were pretty good. Our waitress was a lil funky lol:) over all you get what you pay for, food was worth the price!

My friend and I really enjoyed our afternoon outside on the patio. It was warm, comfortable, the wine and beer was great, and our server Julien was very attentive t our wants!!! The smash burger was cooked perfectly as ordered with good flavor, the shrimp was spicy and just as we expected. Similar to Bang Bang shrimp at Bonefish grill. The patio was dog friendly, very clean indoors and outdoors with lots of space. A space for live music, but we were there late afternoon, so no music. We definitely want to return with our husbands.

What a great find this restaurant was! The atmosphere is extremely chill and the servers are very attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic. I had the blue pointe oysters which were huge and the shallot vinaigrette was on point. Also had the sesame seared tuna which was perfectly cooked and the wasabi cucumber sauce was amazing. The wife had the bucket of crab and that was awesome as well. Nestled in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor the location is great. Definitely will be back

I can't believe I've lived in the area for so long but just tried it out. The taste, quality, temperature, speed in which it was brought out, and value for what I paid was excellent. Make sure to ask for Phil...he was an excellent server. Great personality, gave some great advice when ordering. I'm definitely coming back.

Walking through Safety Harbor, FL and stumbled upon the Bar Fly restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. Our server Anthony was the best. Anthony was very attentive, helpful and always smiling. The wedge salad is huge and the grouper was excellent.

We were visiting Safety Harbor and decided to find a place to eat. We could not have chosen a better restaurant for seafood. This was the best local seafood or group found, that everyone enjoyed. Fantastic service, very friendly people that just made our dinner more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back.

What a great place! Great wide variety of food and snacks and an excellent atmosphere! The lobster tacos were perfect! Will definitely be back!

First time and the food was excellent. I had the fried Mahi which was delicious. Perfectly fried. Hubby had the chicken bowl which he enjoyed.

Great food and the bar/beer selection is awesome... definitely a place to explore some local brews and to visit downtown safety harbor, it's right across from the marina which is a nice place to walk through

First time here with family, and it was an amazing experience! Cute little place with indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the Tuna Poke Bowl, and it was the best thing I've ever had! The amount of tuna they had on there, I couldn't finish it. Great menu, service, and location! I would absolutely recommend 👌 you have to give them a try! Our guy server was fantastic, and the best service we've had in a long time!!

Great seafood bar and grill atmosphere right near the harbor. The Keylime shrimp were awesome!

One of Tampa Bay areas best kept secret, highly recommend if you are trying to impress your out of town guests, a fiance or family that doesn't get out much. Very affordable for stellar ambiance and service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

When we were visiting Dunedin this weekend, we drove by the Bar Fly in Safety Harbor. It looked so fun! They have patio seating outside and more seating inside. Their menu has many options for any taste and a wide selection of adult beverages. Lots of TVs to watch your favorite game with friends. Happy Hour was 3-6 pm with not only drink specials but food as well. The wait staff was friendly and courteous and got us in quickly, even with a large crowd. Highly recommend this establishment if you are in the Safety Harbor neighborhood. Enjoy!

Fun sporty funky relaxed spacious restaurant with a diverse menu including several lobster offerings. We all enjoyed our selections! Our rum runners were unique and delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely return!

The crab legs were very good. They have lobster, rolls, and fish sandwiches. They have a kid's menu and a large patio with people playing Cornhole. The food is very good. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Great Key West style restaurant. They have a real cool hot sauce bar. Excellent sevice. Ask for Anthony.

Yes, 5 stars in everything. Food choices were plentiful. I got the lobster roll with butter and was not disappointed, even without the extra lobster meat. The clam chowder had actual clam shells in it. Had to wait 15 minutes but we walked around shopping with their text messaging system.

Awesome food with a friendly staff!! Been a while but got an order to go. The woman taking the orders was not the nicest person to talk to but then it got worse... Picked order up paid the woman and I asked for my $10 change and she actually said" oh you want you change" rolled her eyes and gave me all quarters back? Really. The staff has changed since the first rating which is sad
