I was referred to this stores location due to what I was looking for. They had an abundance of what I was wanting to buy. The little long hair redneck guy that helped me is great very informative and ask if we had everything we needed and helped us find what we were looking for.

The Best Tractor Supply Co in all of Hampton Roads. Clean and organized. The employees are very helpfull, loading both my cart and car. They were out of one item I needed but showed me how to order it for free home delivery on the store computer.
I will go out of my way if necessary to this TSC over other stores.

Great prices for cow gates!

Cool place to spend sometime and money. Or just look around and socialize. Lots of friendly people.

I went to the store today to get some bird seed that was on sale. There was not any on the Shelf but a young man that works there, Ben, passed by and asked if I needed help. When he realized the problem, he went to the back to get what I wanted and placed it in my cart. At checkout he asked me if I needed help getting it to my car. He was so pleasant, polite, and helpful. He demonstrated exactly what customer service is all about. He was awesome! And both ladies at the checkout were super nice as well! I was not in there very long but it made my whole day brighter! What a great team of employees there are at this store! 👍🏻

I enjoyed our time there! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They didn't mind my toddler running around like a chicken with its head cut off (no pun intended!), or just watching the chick's and ducklings.

I have been coming in this store since the day it opened and until this evening I would have to say y'all's employee customer service SUCKED! I don't know who hired Tommy but that was the BEST choice y'all have made yet. Tommy saw us looking at flea products and took the time to assist us with a very pleasant and happy attitude. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to see and speak with!!! This young man deserves a huge pat on the back!!! WAY TO GO TOMMY!!!

Great pet food selection. The staff provide great customer service as long as you don't have to deal with one the lady's that work there, she's just rude. Other than that, the customer service is great. Great selection of products including clothing.

Stopped by to get some pet supplies for a new puppy and will definitely be coming back. Extremely knowledgeable staff regarding vaccinations and schedules (even had a recommended schedule posted for ease of seeing what we need to get at what time) for pets from dogs and cats to livestock and poultry. Great prices and incredibly friendly staff made it an awesome experience.

Trixie, was an absolute gem, she was super friendly & helpful. She truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. My transaction wasn’t an easy one but she handled it with complete professionalism & made me smile in the mean time. As a small business owner, Trixie is the prime example of someone I would want to represent my business on a daily basis. Great job, Trixie, you rock!

Now that the remodeling is almost complete this location is great. Feed is always fresh and dry. Employees are helpful. Looking forward to the new Garden center for all my plant needs in the spring 🤸

I went in today to buy a drinker for our chicks and got so much more. One of our 3 week old chicks is unwell and I asked if anyone was working who had chicken knowledge. Brad and Jamie went above and beyond. Brad even went to the trouble of researching an area vet who might be able to help. Superior customer service. I so appreciated their efforts and will definitely be back. Thank you!

The employees are always super friendly and more than happy to help customers find whatever it is they're looking for. Love this location and the people that work there.

Tractor Supply is a great company with leadership that is customer and employee oriented.....yes it's possible, just do things honest. TCS slogan should be

Very pleasant store and people. Our cashier, Pamela, needed change because it was about closing time, and I was able to provide her with enough change. She was so very grateful, which in turn, made me feel good. ☺

Gray was able to square me away with the tools I needed in order to tow their trailer. He was also nice enough to help me set it up. Shannon & Abby were also able to square me away with the brackets for the extra panels I purchased; Thanks guys, will definitely patronize this place again.

The staff was wonderful!!! I could not remember the name of the product I need so all I could do was describe it. He took straight to what I wanted without hesitation. He waited to make sure it was right and then walked with me to the register and checked me out.

April provided outstanding customer service and satisfaction. She really went above and beyond to make things right after we encountered a hiccup with our black Friday order. I really appreciate her going out of her way to follow up with me and even putting a hand written sign on my item to make sure the staff knew what to do with it. Jake was also amazing as well. We had never shopped at TSC before but we are fans now and plan to return! Thank you April, Jake and the staff at TSC for making my son's Christmas special!!
