Good prices and good selection of hardware. I was able to find the unusual type of water valve I needed in stock and the special wrench needed to complete the job. None of it broke the bank and the team members in the store were super helpful in helping me locate everything. One thing, the isle/bay locations of some stuff listed online doesn't necessarily match up to where it is in store. It a good thing they have staff available to help customers when needed.

I went to Lowe's looking for a new spool for my edger/trimmer. The employees were very helpful and I self checked out in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to make more purchases.

Just (almost) completed another project. The wife wanted a she shed (see pics). With the help of supplies from Lowes and the Home Depot we got it done.

The staff is friendly and they always have what I am looking for. The selection is better than Home Depot and the prices are usually better as well. The few times I have used curbside pickup, employees were quick to deliver my purchase and very courteous. I recommend this place to anyone for their home improvement needs.

We went on Mothers Day to buy presents. While it was crowded with numerous shoppers especially in the garden center we were able to get a young man to help us find a plant. We needed a plant for a dark corner that didn't need much care. He took us to a lady who was able to take us to a plant that only needs to be watered once a month and does better growth wise when it is neglected. That is exactly what we were looking for. She even showed us one marked down so it was half off. We chose that one and purchased our own decorative pot to put it in. The gift was a huge hit for Mother's Day, because Aunt Diane loved it! The perfect gift for our family matriarch who is in her 80s. While the line was about 12 people long in the garden center we were able to take our items inside and walk right to a register with no line. We were able to check out quickly. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful and it was truly appreciated as it was a super busy day at Lowe's.

We ordered a LG dishwasher . It took several weeks longer than we expected. Thanks to Julia in customer service , she was able locate it . She even helped me load into my truck !

Very Nice staff. Lowe's your employee are very kind but I was able speak with, ms. Tracey in the plant department has a beautiful attitude. She Always speaks great job in training this lady. She deserves to move up. Always taking the time to get to knows your customers. I was shocked i never experienced this at any store. I will keep coming back. Ms Tracey should be recognized for her professional behavior and kind words. She always makes my day. The small things matter to your customers the most

It's plant season and I spend a lot of time at the clearance section getting some great deals on plants. I always stop there first and can usually find just about everything I need. Most of the plants just need a little water and they'll be good to go. This is especially true of perennials. You can save a ton of money by visiting the clearance section first. I also have started purchasing the kiln-dried cedar shavings for pet kennels to use in my flower beds and containers. It's pet friendly and doesn't harm plants and smells really good. But the best benefit - I don't have any mosquitoes. Not one. It is lightweight so when you put it down to make sure you either wet it or you can mix it with other mulch to keep it from blowing around. Once it's in the flower bed and settled it's good to go. It does have a light color to it so that might not be to your liking but again, put your favorite mulch over it and you still have the benefits of that cedar smell and no mosquitoes.

Barbara Sergeant in the kitchen design department helped us plan and order our new kitchen cabinets. She was there from start to finish with very helpful ideas and input. We purchased Kraftmaid cabinets and are very pleased with the fit and finish as well as their customer care. Our new kitchen is beautiful and highly functional.

The moment I walked in, I was given a happy hello. Although my knowledge of kitchen appliances was subpar, I was directed to exactly what I needed. No fuss, no muss. A great place to get what you need and the prices are reasonable.

The lady that I deal with at the cash register all the time is the sweetest nicest person. Everyone in there is very helpful but sometimes I don’t know the names of tools because people call certain tools, different names, then what is labeled in the store.

This western branch Lowes is so much better than victory blvd "Lowes". An associate name rod helped me find wood-drift keys for my bathroom and kitchen faucets handles and made sure they were the correct ones before leaving to help another customer. That is how customers' service is supposed to be. He's a gem! This is my go-to store going forward. Hey, give him a raise!

Sammi Jo Siegman and Patty or top notch, sales experts, that know what they’re talking about! I had an awesome experience with purchases of washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave dishwasher, oven. And also just recently went in to have granite countertops installed and wood and tile floor all through the house.. Lowe’s in Chesapeake on Portsmouth Boulevard are awesome! Huge asset to the company!

I love great customer service. I know nothing about construction but I took my list in and the cashier not only took my list, he went and shopped the items for me and arranged to have them loaded in my SUV. What more can a girl ask for?
