Harveys Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location in the middle of every place we visited, Reagan Beach and Nevada Beach, and shopping centers.

We had one of the Luxury Rooms with a King bed and a great view of the pool and Lake. The room was well-cleaned and as expected. No complains.

There are so many restaurants to eat at or order room service within Harvey's and Harrah's casinos. We like the underground tunnel that connects both casinos making it easy to walk to without ever having to leave the building.

Check-in was quick and easy. The resort fee is $30.72 per day and self-parking is $20 a day.

My favorite thing about Harvey's Lake Tahoe Casino & Resort offers that I haven't seen in any hotel I've stayed at before is the convenient water dispenser located in the lobby next to Check-in.

The redheaded young man named Sam working at the desk turned my experience around completely for the better. After having issues with my room, Sam completely handled the situation. His customer service was exquisite and he was so personable as well. Promote this employee if you know what's best for the company!!

So, I was a little skeptical booking a hotel room here, as this was a casino, and this was our only chance of staying in Lake Tahoe. Although some days the prices can get expensive, which I understand is due to concerts and weekends, everything was great! Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen is a no brainer in terms of dining, and the rooms were great! We had a Luxury Room 2 Queen Beds with a View, and wow, the Lake Tahoe view was amazing. Not to mention, spacious bathroom. It looks recently updated also. Cheap price somedays! Highly recommend in Lake Tahoe!

Get a renovated room it’s worth it. The Mountain View is crazy. I got the lake, mountains, and city all around. The room inside is roomy. The bathroom has 2 vanity and a large shower. The toilet is separated by a door so you can get your private time. The location is 3 minute walk from the heavenly shopping center. The arcade and casino are great. Not too overwhelming with smoke smell as I am someone with major asthma. The drinks are good. Only problem is I sat there for almost 2 hours before I could get a servers attention for a drink. I love how the arcade goes to the other hotel. The valet guys are super nice. They also drive nicely with your car. Cinnabon was good inside. The gift shop was expensive but had some cute things. There was another shirt store next to it but I waited 20 minutes at the register to buy some shirts and no one ever showed up to the register (only negative part about the service). They now how self check in and out which is cool but also I wish to interact more with workers. The elevators are clean and fast. When you walk into the hotel it has a huge waterfall center piece which is gorgeous. I didn’t go to any restraints here so I can’t give an accurate review on those. BOOK THIS HOTEL!

First time visitor. Room was clean and comfortable. View was great of the snowstorm lol and lake. Great selection in Casino of games. I had a ton of fun. Will definitely be back.

I was placed in a dingy old smoke filled room at first. I told them I have asthma and I had to stay in a nonsmoking room. They not only gave me a smoke free room but upgraded me to a really nice updated room 👍🏻

I went to Harvey's sports book really enjoyed my experience there.and service. I especially Andrew Burtt very kind, understanding, professional and informative. Would give this place 6/5 stars if I could. I appreciate the staff here.

We stayed in a lake view room and had a great time. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Their resident magician Alex Ramon is a great performer. A very entertaining top notch show !

My bestie and I went and threw a couple of bucks into the machines. I came up eight whole dollars Yahoo... Meanwhile my bestie went home about 50 bucks down.. boo.
It was really nice The only thing that I cannot get used to is cigarette smoke because I live in California. It wasn't terribly crowded so the smoke wasn't too bad. The accommodations on the slot machine floor was great. Many many choices of machines. Everything was clean. And we had a blast!

Great casino in South Lake Tahoe. My favorite suite is 1800. Over looks the lake. Harvey’s also has hells kitchen which is delicious. Highly recommend

Stayed with my sister in-law for two nights. Attended the host dinner, it was exceptional - esp the prime rib and sides. Our hotel room was nice, however, could use some refurbishing. Dave (Bhupendra) was a helpful and nice cashier.

At the American River cafe enjoyed our meal. Steak and egg breakfast was yummy. A+ service from Cora, Debbie, and Kristina. Always a treat to see these nice ladies.

Great time at Lake Tahoe. Enjoyed the views from our room. A lot of activities, close to Marriott Grand Residence. Enjoyed the dueling pianos and sing alongs.

The hotel room was nice, the valet attendant was very helpful. The parking machine needs to be fixed, and the card wouldn't work properly.

Very well located in the heart of town. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Had to ask to borrow a blow dryer at the front desk because they don't have them in the rooms though. Also, no water in the rooms. Not even for purchase. Everything is very expensive but I guess it's the location.

Perfect location. Everything is walking distance. Has arcade for kids to play. Highly recommend walking away with initial winnings, the second round will be their redemption 🤣🤣

The casino is about the same as the others in town. We actually liked the Golden Nugget the best

Stayed at Harveys Lake Tahoe for four days the week of August 21st.

Wife and I got a King room on the Tahoe side on the 16th. Floor.

Room had sitting area by the window, which overlooked the Lake. Room was in good shape, and the bed and linens were first class.

Towels were about a 7/10 on the softness side, but found nicer, newer ones at the pool.

Bathroom was large, with makeup mirror and stool for my wife, so that was a nice touch.

Pool was open until 10pm each night, and the fitness centre had every machine you would want to use.

Sports Bar has excellent burgers that we enjoyed our first night at the hotel.

Casino had a craps table which was good for me, and servers were attentive bringing by drinks on a regular basis.

All in all, expect a 3 star hotel experience and you will not be disappointed. This hotel is good value for what we paid.

Friendly service throughout. Hosts are great. Friday's restaurant outstanding food service and view. Common areas need a renovation though.

Nice top floor room by the restaurant and unmatched view of lake and mountains. You need to check the casino hours as tables are not 24/7.
