Cedar Inn & Suites

It was pretty decent stay for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was pretty attentive and courteous.
Wi-Fi was working pretty good and location is great , walkable to many spots.

I recently stayed at the Cedar Inn for a week and the staff was so friendly and accommodating ! Vicky was outstanding and made sure all our needs where met during our stay. They are making improvements to the property daily. They just had the jacuzzi redone and have remolded the rooms , had new pavers put in the walkways and many other small improvements. After a week it started to feel like home there! Keep up the good work fellas! Thanks again !

I know this inn is CONTROVERSIAL! But HEAR ME out, please.
This is place is not luxury or a spa place.
This is a place to come back, rest your back and eyes and keep going the next day. This is a place to save a few bucks!
AC is minimal and heater is minimal. So during the winter, take blankets. And during summer, crack the windows just slightly and rest!
Our bed was fine btw, it was nicely put together.
The bathroom is not glamorous but gets the job done and that’s important if you’re staying for a only a few nights and you want to do more activities here in LAKE TAHOE. I recommend two people at most per room, and MAYBE one child. Enjoy!

First of all Elly (at the front desk) is amazing. One of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of running across. Extremely polite and cheery. Great prices for those on a budget, without losing service. When I got home from my vacation and realized I had forgot my wedding ring and watch in the room, I called immediately. Elly answered and sounded more excited than me! I gave her my address and she promptly put them in the mail that day. I could not have picked a better place to stay. 3 minute walk to casinos. I will always stay with Elly at the Cedar Inn & Suites!

Absolutely awesome! Point set on the sidewalk and listen to Jackson Brown concert, but have no idea what it would be like to stay at the inn. Google just wanted me to do a review and my experience sitting on the sidewalk was excellent

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of South Shore Lake Tahoe! Close to Heavenly Ski Resort; Beach; Shopping Centers; Restaurants; Harrah's & Harvey's Casinos. Owner and staff our exceptionally customer service oriented, super nice! Enjoy the beautiful serene surroundings of the beach or walking/bike trails. Walk to the beach for fun in the sun, in the evenings walk to the Casino theatres see a show, dining or have fun at your luck at the game tables. I sure enjoyed my stay to relax spending time away from work/home. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable & cozy. I looked at some recently remodeled rooms, as the owner is updating rooms/suites during his slow time of the season. They have fully equipped kitchenettes w/free standing stove/oven; microwave; Flat screen TV; some w/gas log fireplaces, (I enjoyed the flickering fire light in my room). Who would want to eat out, just relax! I was recently there on March 17th, St Patrick's day my birthday w/lots of snow/skiers! The best part is the price point! You have a very nice room, in an excellent location for an unbeatable price! You'll be happy you stayed at the Ceder Inn & Suites. I'm looking forward to spending some summer nights at the Ceder Inn! The rooms are being redone as I speak. They maybe under new ownership, I've "heard" of negatives, but I'm literally here with nothing to complain of! the Tammy manager is an angel of a woman who adds the 5th STAR! Alan & Sarah round out an A+ crew. Clean/Comfortable Beds/Affordable/Updated. Would DEFINITELY stay again.Yep Stayed again, LOVE IT STILL.

It's a nice cozy place in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, and a short wqlk the other way into the downtown. It's a bit worn down but still had a great stay.

Cool place i love the gassfrier place i like that you could lock your bike there anywhere some places dont like that some places want you to keep your bike inside the room and not seen even some places get angery that you have a bike at all so im glad you dont have to hide a bike here.

Wonderfully place very warm and friendly staff, on top of there game. Close to all the Acton walking distance. We Loved it. We will be back next year.
