Andy addressed all my inquiries and provided valuable insights. My today experience was absolutely amazing! I went there with my mom to try out toppers and looking for bed sheets for college dorm. Tim was helping and giving us information about everything we wanted to know. He was really friendly and helpful:) Recommend for anyone who looking for bedding but also need someone to guide you through it.

Tim was very knowledgable about all the mattresses and very helpful and kind. He helped my partner and I find the best mattress for us and made us feel extremely comfortable about buying such an important item. We highly recommend this store and Tim! Give this man a raise!

The pillow fitting process was so helpful! I had done a lot of online research prior to coming in and thought I knew what I wanted but it wasn’t until Brendan explained it to me that it finally clicked. He even had me try pillows on different mattresses so I could find the best fit for my home setup. Highly recommend dropping by!

Brandon was a great sales man, letting us get a feel for all the features on the bed. We were just sitting down but he allowed us to stay and had a good conversation about what he does and what to look for if you have certain health issues in a mattress. These massage chairs go absolutely crazy, euphoric even🤩🤩🤩 I was sin it for maybe 5-8 min and I was feeling super rejuvenated and relaxed. We went in today to look for massage chairs. Andy was super helpful, very friendly, and knowledgeable. We tested out the Ohco 8 and ended up buying one at a fantastic unbeatable price. Would definitely do business again if I ever need an upgrade, or a new mattress. Thanks Andy!

Our visit to Mattress World at Clackamas Town Center turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Andy, who helped us, was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to understand what we needed and helped us find a mattress that felt just right. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile by sorting out a bed frame for us too. It's not often you come across such helpful service these days.

Just a casual day walking through the mall and came across mattresses world at CTC and saw a foot massager at a great deal. Not only was I invited to try it , educated, encouraged to ask questions.. I was not pressured. Andy was approachable, he was engaging and knowledgeable but all in a balanced way. Nothing like going to a car dealership (or any other mattress store) Andy gave us space to talk amongst ourselves about the product. Which we bought at a great deal. Although he did say it’s a gateway to more massage products. Andy offered for me to try massage chair and I now found my new dream chair. Thanks Andy for welcoming us , being kinda , and putting no pressure on us to purchase anything. We will definitely be back soon!

Andy is a great salesman. He's friendly, asks enough questions, and gives good prices. The store has about 10 different levels of massage chairs to demo which no other stores had. Good place to buy a massage chair!

Brendan was just a fill in at this store however if the other regular associates are just like him then amazing. We walked in told him what we were looking for he pointed out 2 mattresses that matched what we wanted. We found one and bam less than 20 mins we got what we wanted. He was extremely helpful in such a short window of time. Would recommend his help if anyone needs to ask for people specifically. He also didn't ask about add ons or extras with pressure, love it when sales don't make it seem forceful

I tried out the tempurpedic breeze bed and it's sweet. And the purple brand something bed. Purple was not for me. Brendan took time to show me diff features. Much appreciated. Nice selection of message chairs too.

The gentleman showed us several bed options in the firm category we asked for. They had great, very discounted pillows immediately available as well! The whole experience was quick, which we appreciated. They deliver the bed to your preferred room and will donate our old bed! Very happy with our experience, definitely recommend.

Came into the store to browse and Davis the employee really sold me on the experience and I really appreciated his honesty with everything and do plan on purchasing a mattress in the future.
