Great prices here!! Show your military ID and be allowed in to shop year round every day. Other year round access includes seniors 65 and older allowed in on Tuesdays and sporting license holders allowed in on Mondays. They also do monthly access for certain groups for example February is AAA members and current year ski pass holders. Huge discounts on regular prices and if you don’t see what you want in store they have computers available to order online at the same discount.

Staff is always super helpful and attentive. Love the selection and especially when they do extra promos.
My boys dig their unique T-shirts.
I also appreciate their focus on donations to the community.
All their clothing is top quality.

Wish I'd found this place sooner. An employee pass is required for admission. Go in with a strategy. It's a big store and the prices are quite insanely low. Women's on left, men's on right, footwear in back. They carry Columbia, prAna, Mountain Hardware, Sorel. The final price is the lowest price on tag, which is then further discounted by the % shown above the rack. Got some grid fleece gloves for $6 and an Airmesh by MH for like $28 ($80 retail).

Super friendly employees and amazing prices. If you can actually get in here, this is the place to buy Columbia Sportswear. If they don't have it, order it online from the kiosks inside the store and have it delivered to your house, for the same price as it would be if it was in the store. Also remember to keep your pass in, as it has a code good for employee store pricing on the standard website for one time.

Edit: I was just here on May 25 2022 and they still have a great selection of stuff and a super helpful staff. The whole Camp Columbia display they have when you enter is also really cool.

Edit: I was here again in December 2023 and like always, AWESOME selection of stuff and friendly staff. This is by far the best collection of Columbia gear you will find anywhere. Also, of note: if they don't have it in stock at the employee store but it's on stock on the website you can buy it from the website at one of the in-store kiosks and you'll get employee store pricing (though you'll have to pay for shipping).

Great store. We are always able to find good outdoor gears and clothes with friendly customer service. Special thanks to Tyler and Benjamin for helping us pick the right tent, backpack, sleeping bags, and jacket. They were knowledgeable and patient.

My husband and I went to the 4th of July sale today at Columbia Sportswear Company Employee Store. We were immediately met by Tyler and he told us how to navigate the store and gave us the sale information. We thanked him for his help and he told us it was his pleasure to help us.
When we checked out from the store we were assisted by Rebecca, who was our cashier. She checked if we had any points on our account and advised us how long the current sale would be going. She was so helpful and professional. We will surely be back in the near future.

We like this store! Appreciate the variety of brands and have found many great deals. Particularly enjoy Prana and Mountain Hardware for the fit/value. Staff are great, supe helpful, and do a good job with keeping the lines moving.

Very busy lately. Lines to get in and to check out can be long. That said, good selection and great product.
** Update August 2021 - well run store, signage for different product categories has improved, covid sanitation stations are common and easy to find, staff is friendly and helpful. I've been fortunate to be able to go there a couple times this year, and yes, the prices were excellent, but I'm more impressed by how the store is run. Upgraded my score from 4 stars to 5.

This store provides special service to employees. It also gives entrance cards to some private customers from time to time. We also had the opportunity to enter. The prices are really low.

Shopping at the Columbia Sportswear Company Employee Store is one of my favorite holiday traditions! The workers are polite and helpful, the prices great and selection fun to choose from. At this COVID time the store was well managed and felt very safe.

Went shopping to get my mom some new shoes. A young woman named Liza helped us and she was so incredible. Just so nice and very patient with my mother. Liza was an absolute example of what every company should want. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my moms questions. Ask for her if you go there. 🙌🏾

Love shopping at this store, arrows clearly marked to suggest flow of foot traffic. Physical distancing practiced for most customers and staff do their best to remind customers.

Merchandise is what you would expect from Columbia, shoes have expanded selection and love the options.

Of course masks are required as well as the 6-Feet Social Distancing rule, which is made easy with marks on the floor.

I have always loved Columbia products throughout the years. In fact a ski coat I bought many many years ago served me faithfully for well over a decade.

So I was thrilled when my company sent me an invite to shop at the Columbia Sportswear Company Employee Store on NW Science Park Drive.

So we visited and found such a great selection of different brands and different types of clothes and footwear.
ALL of the staff is by far the friendliest and most helpful.

Such great deals! Also the staff is super friendly. I also just realized if you have a hunting or fishing license you can go on Mondays without a pass.

This is the employee store and it is pretty fantastic. You can get a lot of things in stores and if you can’t find what you want their computers that you can have it ordered to yourself at the employee price.

Loved this store. Got a whole family dressed under 500$ . That's four ppl . Not including me. Such a great deal .

Well stocked with the newest collection of Columbia and its affiliated brands, friendly helpful staff. Kiosks are a great addition to the store in case you need to order an item online and still receive the discount!

The staff is very helpful. It is a really large spread out store. Lots to choose from. Parking behind and in front of the building.
