It was a fun and festive store to visit. Good vibes and cheer. My son enjoyed smelling 20+ scents he was interested in.

My daughter loves this store for all her cosmetic needs. The staff are very nice and helpful. Prices for men's cologne is not bad and comparable to those discounted prices you would find online. The different here is that you can get rewards for your purchases.

Gayle is amazing! Her positivity and energy are infectious. She helped my wife select some skin care products. Her depth of knowledge was extremely helpful. Sephora Gayle deserves a raise. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🚀🙏

Staff is always extremely helpful at this location. Services were great. The makeup consultant explained the process as she was applying makeup. They discuss what you want and your normal routine. Products normally used were incorporated into the service, so you don't need to buy all new product.

I shop at Sephora all the time, and I've never written a review for some reason, but Skyler is literally the sweetest and most helpful person I've ever met. 10/10, 100/100!

I was approached by a sales associate, asked if I found everything okay. I told her what I needed and if she could recommend a tinted moisturizer/BB cream. She talked me through my options, let me try it out on my hand, and gave me a sample so that I could try it out on my face at home. Super sweet, wish I caught her name! First time there, and will definitely go back.

I had a great experience at the store today. I felt very tended to and even left with a gift I wasn’t expecting. Aviana was such a breath of fresh air after not visiting a mall for ages. She’s a keeper Sephora. You did good when you found her. :)

I came in at the last minute, desperately needing an eyebrow appointment. Kyrie was able to squeeze me in and she did a fantastic job! She told me that she is new, but you would’ve thought that she’s been doing this for years. I am super particular about my brows and she was so kind and patient with me. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Aviana was incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service, very kind, knowledgeable and patient. This is so rare to find these days, as most customer representatives rush you out, or not listen, or so it feels like. This I wasn’t the case here, the other reps were super friendly too but Aviana stood out for me :)

Love going in this store with my granddaughter she loves the service and friendly staff ❤ we have been shopping here for years together she helps me pick out products and if we have questions help is right there.

I walked in to see what the new store was like? Well of course it’s clean and beautiful. What I didn’t expect was how nice and helpful all the employees were. It reminded me of our small stores in Auburn. The employees were very personable. Will definitely go back for all my beauty needs.

My BFF and I went into Sephora last night because I’ve been wanting to try some new beauty products. I left with a few samples but most importantly I left with the BEST Sephora experience ever. We had a great conversation with Katie, she was fun, honest and welcoming. She restored my faith in the makeup industry! I normally avoid talking to customer service consultants because of previous bad experiences but she was just so incredibly sweet and helpful! Katie we are grateful for your customer service, you made us feel important, you recommended great products and we left in a great mood. I have never had a better experience when it comes to shopping at makeup stores/counters. Thank you!

Definitely, if you have the option always choose the full store, not the ones located inside other retailers. Sephora is an awesome store. Yes, sure, it's make-up and stuff for women, but they also have a wide range of products that will benefit men's needs such as age defiance, moisturizers, face washes/body washes, really all kinds of stuff for guys. This particular Sephora is a mixed bag. There are a few staff there that truly know what the heck they're talking about, and like with all retailers, there are staff that really don't care, or don't listen to you. Once you find someone to help you that you know is good, keep going back to her. Tina is one of those people. She rally makes you feel like she cares about your specific needs and is willing to take the time to get you well taken care of. Overall, this is a super store and I'll visit often.

Greatest sephora I've ever been in. Courtney, and Jasmine are two of the sweetest workers there. They greet me like a family member whenever I'm there. I enjoy shopping there, and they treat me with respect and dignity. Also greet customers.

Sephora is awesome. Some locations are better than others when it comes to how helpful the staff is, but I love this store in general. I prefer it to Ulta for the following reasons: 1. You can request samples which makes it easier to invest in products you already know work.(Ulta doesn't do this) 2. You can try products in the store and they can disinfect them for you. 3. They usually have a good ratio of staff to customers which has not been the case at Ulta (I have to track down people and it takes forever to find good help). 4. I love their 2 day shipping option 5. Ordering online is a breeze and they have great rewards if you stay aware of when they put new ones on. 6. I like their brand offerings way better than other beauty retailers.

Everytime I come here the customer service is good! Everyone seems very helpful. It is nice to be greeted by multiple people because sometimes we do not know what we are looking for and may walk away with more knowledge and products. :)

My favorite Sephora now! The girls are so sweet here and so helpful!! There are customers who complain that they hover, you have to understand that it's thier job to help you especially during covid since we can't swatch anything ourselves. Nalia helped out with a cologne for my husband, she recommended YSL and we both love it! Smells so good!
