Wow!! Fantastic experience with this company!! I had a flat tire and used my "free tow" thru my insurance to change to my spare. Her office was fantastic getting a tow truck to me. However the 3rd party company changing the tire caused damage to the lug nuts. When I arrived at mr tire I was made aware. After calling this office back up, I was fully reimbursed for the cost of the damage. Very easily done. Very impressed. Especially since their company did NOT cause the damage.
