Mr. Electric of Toledo

We needed a 220 connection in our laundry room. The technician was able to arrive early and went above and beyond in installing the 220. He even found and repaired a couple of raw wires that could of caused problems. We would highly recommend Mr. Electric any future electric needs.

Called on a Thursday and same day had a technician out by the name of shawn.Shawn was absolutely AMAZING 👏. He would not leave our home until he had some good news for us.Shawn went above and beyond even rescheduled his things to make it sooner to us due to the children in the home.He was caring and compassionate.He truly was a hero without a cape.Even the puppy dogs 🐕 loved him.

Their response to my request for a site visit was immediate. They’re very well versed on the code and electrical methods. Very professional company.

When I tired to switch my own kitchen outlets.. and then inadvertently knocked out all my major kitchen appliances, Mr Electric was able to come out the following workday and fix everything. Shawn and his associate did a wonderful job for me! They were so nice, explained everything and made additional safety recommendations. They were even nice to the kitty! Company was very streamlined and professional. Scheduling quickly wasn't a problem. They called in advance of coming and showed up on time. Polite, professional, and took care of not only the problem I asked them to come for, but were able to do a couple spot fixes for me on things that weren't working right. Great experience!

We called for a smell of electricity burning in the kitchen area. Was able to get next day schedule for a estimation for what may needs done.when the technician BranDon seiber started the process he explained everything he was doing. He was very thorough and very professional he gave us and the issue his undivided attention. He and his partner explained what else needs attention. We will definitely be calling him back for the work that needs more attention at a later time.

We lost all electricity to our house in a recent storm-a limb fell on our outside line and ripped all of the wiring on the exterior of our house off. I called 5 different electrical companies to fix this; most did not even respond but this company came the same day and completed the extensive repair that day.
