I worked for Penney's for years . Still shopping here and loving it. My grandson takes care of me now can he use my discount Senior card from Penney's. It's a life time card but sometimes I need him to pick or order with my senior card?

I always find good deals here. I. Love me some penneys. Liz Claiborne clothes rock for my age and not to old looking either. Great jewelry sales all kinds of sales. I recommend this place

Store is clean and uncluttered, staff are friendly and attentive. Lots of good deals going on for Christmas. We got a great deal on a gaming headset and keyboard for $40. It was half price. Also great jewelry sales.

I enjoy shopping there. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. The store looks very clean and organized. Amy Olson is doing a great job. She worked with me at Bon Ton and she worked continuously to make our store look good and I really think she is an asset to J C Penney "s. One day I may apply to work at Penney's also.

Tara Machesney was very helpful assisting me at the counter. I was paying my Mom's bill and she was very knowledgeable as how to do the transaction. Store needs more XL & XXL sizes on Nike since the styles have been made a size smaller with their crazy tagging of regular fit , standard fit and Athletic cut. Which is less material and same or higher price. Need more loose fit.

Bought a wool blend winter overcoat for my husband for under $20. It was $275 originally. Great buy.

Store was clean, displayed large yellow clearance signs seen when entering store. Staff friendly & quick to assist me. Women's restroom was clean. Great shopping experience.

I LOVE this Penny’s. The workers are always nice and the prices are always low. I always find the clothes I want from bathing suits to church dresses. This would have to be one of my favorite stores in Chillicothe!!!!!

UPDATE 2022- This JCPENNEY has worked hard to Revamp their store. It is now well organized, brightly lit, clean and full of current products. online orders can be picked up at the back desk again. Much better. Well done, JCPENNEY! Upgraded you to 5 stars from 3.( Old review: this store is cramped. Products are so crowded together one bumps into other racks while trying to shop. Clearance areas are mayhem. Check out clerks are friendly. Grateful Penney's changed their catalog pick up back to Customer Service area instead of making the clerks leave their register to get the order. Did not shop online here at Christmas because of that ridiculous policy.)

Visited salon. Loved the stylist she was understanding, helpful, took time to listen to my concerns and helped cut my hair fixing mistake from Fiesta. Looked great!
