Since I was completely remodeling my living area, she was very patient with me as I stressed with choosing sofa fabric and coordinating everything from sofa color to throw pillows! I purchased a Lazyboy couch from Globe a few years ago. All was well. It ended up having a structural issue and we had purchased the service plan Guardsman). We had some difficulty with the service plan— took 7 months to get it all sorted, but Melissa at Globe and her team were supportive the whole way!

Globe furniture is a very professional establishment. They have wonderful products at reasonable prices. Furniture like anything else, you get what paid for. Everything we need expensive just like groceries. While in the store, you can shop at your leisure without someone hanging over your shoulder but yet they are available for any questions or assistance.

We love our new living room space! Globe Furniture is top notch. The staff is friendly, and so knowledgeable, professional, and patient...and they go the extra miles to please. Jeannine was an absolute pleasure-as lost as we were, she was always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Several team members helped with measuring and to make the most of ideas and suggestions appropriate for the space…we needed a LOT of help to furnish our room because of a number of specific features (ie.,placement of walkways and lots of large windows we didn’t want to block), and a LOT of help to select pieces that would suit our style (we had no idea what that was 🤷🏻‍♀ ) and they have done so to our complete satisfaction. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience from start to finish. Obviously, we highly recommend Globe Furniture.

Our sales associate Susan was so patient and most helpful in finding us the perfect chair or loveseat for the family room. She gave us as many samples as necessary to take home, provided us with all the dimensions and cost of each fabric based on the selection we chose. We were able to see the fabric in our room and in our lighting so the decision was easy. We had all the tools necessary to place an order over the phone. Excellent customer service!

I purchased furniture for several rooms. I initially started working with Heather. She was very helpful, kind, and patient with me. I stopped in 2 more times with other salespersons and they were also helpful. I have talked on the phone with the office staff and they have been very kind. Everyone, even so much as the people that delivered my furniture were very careful carrying my furniture into the house and they were very polite. Globe has high quality merchandise and then along with such professionalism I would never purchase furniture anywhere else. Thank you ALL for helping me along this adventure!
