Great customer service! Adraya has customer service skills that you don't run accross very often anymore. She was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to answer our questions and get our accessories for our new phones when the store didn't have them on hand. If you're smart, you'll take care of her, because she's the type of employee that will keep people coming back. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Adraya!

I give the employees at Russell Cellular Verizon store an excellent rating for their service. The system the computers were running kept crashing which slowed things down . I suggest Verizon get their own system up and working better.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a smaller store, but they had all the newest phones and accessories in stock when the other stores in town did not.
