I needed to get my engagement ring fixed. The band was thin and has broken. I also needed the prongs retiped. All associates were always friendly, kind and attentive. My ring was ready sooner than I was originally was told and cost less than the estimate I received. Also the fact that my precious ring never left the store and all work was done in the store will make RJs the only jewelers I go to! Thank you again!!

They did a beautiful job, sizing up my ring and turning the band to white Gold. I was very surprised at how quickly it was done as well, and the quality is superb!
