We love shopping at New England Furniture — they have a huge selection filled with quality brands, the staff are lovely, and their free delivery & setup is a no-brainer! Their prices are really competitive/low, especially considering the brands they carry. They make it affordable (and enjoyable) to upgrade your home.

We needed a new mattress and bed frame for our guest room. We visited New England Furniture in Farmington, NH where we’ve been several times before for other furniture items we have purchased, and which we were happy with, both in terms of quality and price. The salesperson was helpful and showed us several options from a vast array of choices in styles, comfort and price point. Although we didn’t purchase anything this time, we were pleased with the service. We like that there is never any sales pressure or strong sales pitches there, just helpful info and the ability to casually browse.

I bought quite a bit of furniture from this store. All top quality and the staff was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a comfortable and affordable rocking recliner so I stopped by and had a wonderful experience. The store was organized and clean, which made it easy to get down to business on finding the recliner for me. After asking a few questions and trying a few out, I had my selection made and we carried it right out into our truck bed and left. From start to finish it was probably 15 minutes. It has been about a week since we've brought the piece home and it is my favorite place for mid-day naps. If you're looking for a no-frills experience buying a comfortable piece of furniture, stop by, you won't regret it!

Nice and easy experience. Had the couch delivered the next day. We live in a unique house so it wasn't going to fit through any of the doors. Instead of giving up they took the time and found another way. Kudos to those two!!

My husband and I have shopped many local furniture stores and it was refreshing to not deal with a commission based team. They were here to help us. They didn’t follow us around the show room, but were there when we needed questions answered. It was a 29 very comfortable buying experience and I shopped three other furniture stores, and none of them could beat the prices or customer service. We too, will be lifelong New England furniture customers.

If you shop around as we do, you will figure out that this company sells the best furniture at the best prices. The sales people very knowledgeable non-commission employees. They will have your interest in mind. Over the past15 years we have purchased three sofa's. All top line FlexSteel. We still have all of them. Our last salesperson was Lisa. She has been there long-term and is terrific.

Have purchased many pieces from NE furniture. Service is terrific. Very attentiveand knowledgeable. Sales people to delivery people,everyone's is the best I've dealt with in years. The value and quality can't be beat in my opinion!!

Store is huge, clean, and a great selection to choose from. Was greeted with friendly staff, was told if there was anything I was looking for, or needed anything just ask. I like that I didn't feel hassled or pressured into buying something. They had hand sanitizer & masks with a font friendly sign requiring wearing a mask right as you enter. I got a mattress, and was undecided on which one to get. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with me about the 2 mattresses I was trying to choose from. I went with the mattress they recommend for us, and they have delivery, and we absolutely love it!

From the moment we walked in I felt welcomed. We were verbally welcomed and told if we needed any help to let them know. No pressure just great helpful staff. Lisa was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. I made a purchase today of a beautiful wall art and tomorrow am going back to purchase three pieces of living room furniture. My parents are also buying a leather sectional from these folks. I highly recommend New England Furniture!

Store had so many selections and prices were so low, we were shocked. Really thankful for this place, allowed us to afford a comfortable place to relax and enjoy quality time together.

Quentin was super helpful with advice and guidance for furnishing a small apartment. He also managed to arrange shipping on pretty short notice. The two mugs who delivered the goods were kind, professional and efficient. An apparent rarity in these weird times.

Great, friendly service; they have a wide assortment of pieces in different types. It's been hard for me to find the several pieces I needed, and they steered me right there.

Make sure you walk through all the rooms and floors. There's a lot to look at!

They have a large selection, packed wall to wall. Wide range in prices. But I couldn't find what I wanted, a large chair ottoman combo. So they told me to go to their other building. A Red warehouse on the other side of the parking lot. I walked in, and there it was, Just what I was looking for. The red building is where they keep their hidden gems. A high quality chair and ottoman at half the price I expected to pay. So I bought a 2nd piece for my office. You go to try this place. 8 Minutes from Rochester.

Great customer service!! They went above and beyond on the replacement of a mattress. We will always use them for our mattress needs and will highly recommend them!

We've browsed often and bought several pieces there. Beautiful furniture and very helpful sales staff with little to no pressure to buy. I appreciate being able to buy from a locally owned business and they are friendly and customer service oriented. Prices are good and there are great bargains available!

Family owned business, awesome customer service! No pressure. They offer 90 day layaway. They have the best prices in the area hands down. They also have FREE delivery and Free set up!! Who doesn't love that.
