This UPS store has the absolute best customer service on the face of the earth!!!! Companies should go there and learn from how professional and people oriented their employees are and unbelievably friendly, always greet everyone with a hello and smile and giving the best service with the " here let me take care of that for you"!!! UPS PLEASE PLEASE recognize these amazing employees and reward them for being above the rest!!! Kudos to everyone of you working there, you set the highest standard ever!!! And to our UPS drivers, they're equally the best customer service friendly and caring as ever!!! Wow we are so lucky in our area to have the Best!!! PLEASE reward them!!!! Thank you employees you make lives better everyday!!!!!

Kathy and her colleagues are really great. Absolutely fantastic customer service that goes far beyond what the staff are obligated to do. Kathy took incredible amount of time to help me out with printing. She is wonderful and if you ever need someone who is willing to take her time, she is the right person. Highly, highly recommend.

The customer service was impeccable, they helped me with a notary signature and even went out of their way to make sure I was able to print needed pages I had forgotten to bring to the store. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service

We went to The UPS Store Farmington, NH for the purpose of returning an item to Amazon. Located on Route 11, the store sits back from the road a little and is difficult to see and is located next to Lock Tite Storage. The return process was quick and easy - - After receiving a QR Code from Amazon, bring the item in without repackaging it, they scan it, and place it in a consolidated box to return to Amazon. We had a refund to our credit card 5 hours later. The store offers in-store and online printing, copying, shredding, document finishing, private mailbox for all of your mail and packages, notary, packing, and shipping. Friendly customer service.

Everyone in the Farmington route 11 UPS store has always been very polite every time I go in.

Very small space. Had to wait for a few minutes because 1 person was in line. The service was friendly. Prices are crazy though, I needed a shoebox sized box and it was $6. Definitely recommend having your own box.

This UPS store location sets the standard. They are always busy, but always ready to help. Any interactions with any of the staff has been world-class. Let’s face it. Shipping isn’t necessarily a joyful experience, but they do a lot to make it as painless and convenient as possible!

Love using this place for easy and fast returns

I visited this UPS store today, and I had a horse blanket that didn’t fit and I had to return it to amazon. Cathy met me outside and offered to scan my phone and take the package. She had the most beautiful smile and she was so friendly and cheerful. It really made my day that I went to this location and she was there. Thank you Cathy!

This UPS store has amazing customer service- they are so kind and personable. Their system was having troubles and I waited in line for a long time - but they are so kind, helpful and accommodating that you can’t even be irritated.

I get my nail delivered here. Top notch customer service. It's nice when you have packages delivered because they sign for you and call you. Nobody's stealing your packages from here.
